I love the gelato flavors here. I come here often. I think the price beats most gelato spots around. Unfortunately this place has a 2 sample limit. My problem with this is the following: If I tried one sample and loved it, but didn't like the second sample, how would I know what my second scoop should be if there is no third sample I can try? I would be OK if they raised the price of the gelato by 25 - 50 cents but had a 3 sample maximum instead of a 2 sample maximum. This is probably the only place I've ever encountered that has a 2 sample maximum policy, and as I mentioned I wouldn't mind getting charged slightly more for the third sample because it would still be cheaper than most gelato spots around, but at the very least I'd know what I'm buying. Thank you for understanding.

She offers expert barista assistance with menu selections and recommendations, and the hand craft coffees, teas, and other beverages, along with baked goods, truly demonstrate the true value of this wonderful place. This is one of the few truly beautiful places in New York City. Membership through CashApp and/or phone offers numerous discounts, and you'll be impressed by the comfortable seating inside and outside the cafe, as well as the friendly services.
Had a fantastic brunch here! The coffee is the best in the city, and the food was just as impressive. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—especially thanks to the outstanding service from the Italian gentleman. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Gelato was meh. Staff was rude, condescending, entitled . . . and seemed unhappy. They talked sideways at customers and didn't seem to care. Owner's responses here seem defensive, so maybe it's a top-down management issue.
