The staff took forever, I waited almost 20 minutes for a gelato even though the people in the front got theirs right away. It is too chaotic and not organized enough..

Customer service is nonexistent. PLEASE put up a sign that instructs people to wait in the line for gelato and then pay at cashier or vice versa. I live in the neighborhood and I still don't know which step is first and often times, this causes tension/line skipping, etc. especially with people visiting the neighborhood as well.

Their gelato is SO good. Tastes just as good as the gelato you get in the streets of Italy. They have a lot of flavors and italian pastries. Some fancy tea flavors as well as hot chocolate.

Classic Italian-style cafe. Great croissants for breakfast, espresso served in a ceramic cup, mini biscotti, warm atmosphere. Love this place

Costumer service could be better as the staff generally had an attitude of not wanting to be there. Then again that can be expected on a busy Sunday morning. We loved the maritozzo and the pistachio cream crepe. Great proper Italian style espressos as well.Nice place to stop by while strolling around in LIC

Delicious pastries. Fresh and decadent. The croissants were fabulous. The biscotti crunchy and baked to perfection. Great selection of teas. The service was quick. Love the dog bakery area. NY is so dog friendly. We took ours to go, but beautifully decorated.
Had the tuna panini, thought it was lacking in amount of tuna and general flavor of the sandwich. They didn’t give me a fork to go with the little arugula salad that comes with the sandwich. Not a big deal but just a standard expectation. Also, the iced coffee is actually iced americano. However the true highlight of my experience was how bad the service was. I asked a simple question to the person behind the counter, “What would you recommend I order for lunch?” He had no response for me, just said “Like what? Like food? Drink?”Then another person with a terrible attitude was confused what the hold up was (there were no customers behind me), and came over to give me a horrible snide look, then said in an exasperated tone to get one of the meat paninis. Not sure why the service is so lacking here, especially when a customer is trying to engage with the staff and hear what they would recommend. Seems like I really inconvenienced them with my patronage.

Cute little cafe on the waterfront. The Salmon/Avocado toast was amazing. The hot chocolate is not the best ever - but it hits the spot on a cold day.

Good coffee, excellent Tiramisu, cute little spot, and a slightly expensive menu is how I'd describe this place. On a rather windy Sunday afternoon, we decided to walk to this place and all throughout the wind kept us company trying its best to push us away from this place (and making temperatures even worse for us).All that hard work though was rewarded by getting an excellent house drip coffee and an Americano, along with a very tasty Pistachio Tiramisu! It's all self-serve, however the staff brings your order to your table if you are seated inside. Excellent desserts/pastries for sweet tooth!
