This was one of the best Thai dinners I've ever had in New York. Intimate, homey, fresh, friendly, michelin quality, and every dish a 8.5 to 10. Great price and staff! The spicy pineapple curry duck won me over, with the perfect richness and spicing! Spice levels can be adjusted. Cocktails were cute but definitely just opt for the beers IMO. Definitely will return. Great date night spot~

First time giving Saranrom Thai a try and guess what?? It was great! Their service and the food is on point. Oh their Thai iced tea is really good. They don’t use the powder for Thai tea like a lot of other places so you can actually taste their tea on your taste buds. Also you can’t go wrong with their pad Thai. It’s got full of flavors they would tell you it has peanuts and things inside so if you are allergic to it they can make without it. The curry was delicious as well but if you aren’t into that many veggies opt for something else. Staff are really friendly and comes back to check if everything is ok. Although the place isn’t spacious but it’s Nice and cozy like home.Overall would def come back to try the other dishes they have. A plus for them is that they take credit card/ Apple Pay!! Who carries that much cash nowadays?

This just might be our favorite Thai spot in Queens. It's a tight fit both inside out, and would recommend calling ahead to get a reservation, but we were able to be squeezed in quickly with the help of their super friendly servers. Splurging on the super-cheap cocktails is a must, and both of our duck entrées were to die for. That soup broth still sticks with you for a long time. Portions are large so plan appropriately, but it's hard not to get everything on the menu.

The short-haired woman had a very bad attitude. She discriminated against any Asian face. It had to give me the same stereotypes about her country. It seems ridiculous that she discriminates against Asians when she herself is Asian.

Wow. I've tried food from so many Thai restaurants before, and very few have impressed me. I thought I just didn't like Thai food. That is, until I had it here. Your favorite dish will likely come down to personal taste since everything is made well. The fried rice dishes were fantastic. I got the crab fried rice, which was delicious. My only gripe is that the crab had less flavor than the rest of the dish, so it might be good to try a different protein as well. Their pad thai was one of the best I've had. It was a little too sweet for my liking, but the noodles were uniquely chewy and had a great mouthfeel.Their fried catfish mango salad was great and had a bright and interesting flavor. I did feel that it was too much for just 2 people. It had a super strong flavor, which got overwhelming if I ate more than 3 bites. If they had a cheaper option for half the portion size, that would be ideal. If you're eating here with more than 4 people, I think the fried catfish salad is a must.Portion sizes were very generous. Good pricing. Mild spice level has very little spice. If you can handle any spice at all, I'd suggest starting at medium instead.

Had to check out this thai restaurant since it was in the Michelins guide. They truly lived up to it.Ordered their druken noodles and chilli paste fried rice. The food was bursting with flavors and also packed quite the heat (can choose how spicy you want it).The whole menu just works up my appetite and looking forward to more visits.

This was the second time my friends and I have eaten here and we were very happy both times! I got the Kang Kua Sator and it might be my current favorite Thai dish! So full of flavor and nicely balanced! Warning: I like spice but went with mild and it was pretty spicy!! The appetizers were less of a standout...the spring rolls were good but I would've preferred trying a salad dish instead of trying the other apps. I liked the texture of the fried tofu and it makes a good addition to any saucey/curry type dish but bland by itself (if you're expecting more flavor). We all got thai iced teas and they were yummy (of course). I got the "The World Is Yours" cocktail and it was the perfect pairing for my dish!I will definitely be coming back because I want to try everything on the menu!
