I wish I could give Say Hi a zero-star rating if I could. This was one of the worst tea house experiences I've ever had. First, nearly every tea I wanted to order was out of stock. Second, the staff kept recommending teas that weren't even on the menu, and I had no idea that these off-menu items would cost nearly four times as much as the regular teas listed. To make matters worse, the equipment was malfunctioning. The staff set up the teapot and heater at our table, and we waited almost 15 minutes for the tea to heat up, only to have them come back and realize the heating device wasn’t working at all.
The worst part? The tea they recommended was $40 per pot—way more than the $12-$15 items listed on the menu. We didn’t find out about the inflated price until we got the bill. Total rip-off. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The tea take an hour to arrived, and we waited another 30 minutes for the tea cups. Anything we tried to order from the menu are out of stock, then we go with their recommendations. For the god sake, the price of the recommended tea are far off from any other tea on the menu. A bottle of tea charge for 45 dollars! Don’t ever come to this place, it’s a scam.

Overrated place Please don’t trust the online menu. They have nothing from the menu. We went with their recommendation, and it turned out to be $45/pot. They took an hour to bring up the tea and cocktails, and then waited hr for teacup.
The wine is delicious! Happy Hour is great value for money! Good environment and cheap! Highly recommended

This place is so aesthetic and the tea tastes absolutely amazing. Enjoyed this quaint establishment around 11pm. The Zhu Cha was a nice experience but only really worth it for the tea and if you are staying for a long time, which is what it was intended for. The snacks are distinguishable and unfortunately not very suitable for the tea we chose. Not sure it was worth $60+ dollars for tea and $2 snacks.

They got a wide varieties of tea selection, the set’s snacks are impeccable, atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and they got many things that can help you to relax so 100% would recommend

An inconspicuous spot hiding a most atmospherically pleasing venue. Discovered that it’s mostly a tea house with coffee, small plates, and cocktails as well. They have a sun room which is lovely for reading or studying as they also have WiFi. The music they play is a perfect a mix of old and new jazz; so classy. Great date spot. Come! I know I will visit again.
