i went to shakalaka in flushing queens and it was great! The staff were very friendly and the sweets and the drinks were amazing. I had tried the coconut mousse with iced coffee and it was the best and it’s also budget friendly. i recommend !!
Of all the bakeries in this neighborhood, and there are many, this is the one I keep coming back to. It's very no frills but everyone is always warm and helpful and everything they make here is delicious!
I was surprised to see Salswee label on their boxes but realized it’s the same owner except the Flushing branch has no line! I really enjoyed the Ferrero Rocher cake I got for my mum. It’s not too sweet though my sister wanted more mousse. I really enjoyed it. The service was really fast and the cake looks small but it’s tall.
