Great location right off the plane and into shake shack. Our cashier Tanbin was great, helping with our order. This location has the veggie shack for anyone looking šŸ‘. They also have kiosks for quick ordering as well. Convenient! Great option once you get into NYC and need a quick bite.

The team at the LGA Shake Shack always does a great job. They are almost always extremely busy, and they move the line as quickly as can be expected for such a small space. I always look forward to my pre-flight burger/fries/custard. Thanks to the team!!

Apparently not 24/7. I’m aircrew and came at 11:30 after not being able to eat all day, and they told me they were closed despite the kitchen having people in it and other people telling me they are supposed to be 24/7.

We had three vouchers because our flight got delayed total 60$ Ordered Food for 35$ and the woman at the terminal didn’t scan all boarding passes and made us pay 15$ - that is not OK!
This is a ripp off

BUYER BEWARE!: All was good until I left the shake shack - which had verified my order. Not sure what their verification process is, but my double shack burger that I ordered with lettuce tomato and extra pickles had a very very small trace of wilted lettuce, about 1/2 of a 2mm thick slice of tomato and no pickles.

I didn’t notice till I was outside of security at LaGuardia airport. I think the staff was rushed and filling so many orders while bantering with each other and I probably should have seen it coming.

I understand that working in an airport is a stressful place, and I agree that a lot of people take out their stress on staff. However, taking that out on customers is unfair, I was waiting for over fifteen minutes for one drink, absolutely not a problem totally understand that there’s a wait but we noticed that everyone who had ordered before us was long gone and many people after us had gotten their food. Since we’d only gotten a drink and hadn’t received a receipt we just wanted to check on it. The lady behind the counter was confrontational and slid the milkshake at us again no worries I don’t like my restaurant job either but dont give out to me for not coming up to the counter because my name was put down as Grace, I can’t be expected to guess what name you put down for me lol I know I have an accent but Jane and Grace are completely different. Milkshake was delicious tho!

I’ve eaten burgers all over New York, but it’s kind of funny that the best one I had was at the Shake Shack in the airport. Honestly, it was so good—I was really surprised!
