Worst part of my flight? Easy, Mariyah! You can be having a great day here at LGA but just hope mariyah doesn’t find you because she’ll take your order wrong with an excessive amount of rudeness and then you’ll ask me to tip.The food decent. The wait time it’s like we are waiting to go heaven.

I love Shake Shack, but the video of the guy scratching his face and wiping his nose is a bug turn off. Teach your food workers some cleanliness sessions please! Disgusting!

I recently tried shake shack and had an extremely disappointing encounter with one of the employe.It was my first time trying out this restuart , i was pretty excited but that lady made the worst experince. The Employe attitude was incredibly rude.
She was being mean,while taking my order she gave us eye roll and was showing disinterent .She didn't even let me and my friend speak properly and was passing comments to other employee when we asked her about their retuarnt menu .
It's disheartening to receive such poor treatment as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and i believe same for the employees too. But it has to be both way and I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more welcoming and pleasant environment for everyone.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Rudest employee. Rolled eyes at me when I asked simple questions, such as “do you take Apple Pay?” I hope to God Sada is fired. She should not be working with people, especially in a customer service setting. Please avoid going here at all costs. Horrible food and horrible service. :)

How can you not have a back up plan for coffee, tea and hot chocolate when the machine goes down?
Need to re-evaluate the manager.
No cash accepted, no coffee and no signs letting you know about these things. Dumb dumbs

From order to delivery was 28 minutes for a cold burger, nothing special about it, and a shake. Service people were okay the process needs to be fixed and better staffed. Music volume is annoying.

My first time getting shake shack before leaving NYon Nov.27. The service was so beyond slow that i almost missed my flight. If you're going to open up a food chain in an airport you need to be able to be quick on service

Granted, it's Christmas Eve. I suppose I should be thankful their open at all. But honestly surprised when the cashier would NOT give me a plastic cup for my bottle of Coke...even after I saw her give one to someone else for a beer! I had to ask the manager for one. The burger was great.

Terrible service from Mariya who put in the order wrong and was unable to own up to the mistake. the blame was instead placed on me, I had to pay for the reorder, wait 25 minutes again, and she was extremely rude. Would not go here again under any circumstances.
