Piss poor customer service. Staff would not work register to allow customers to pay cash. Excessively long wait 40+ minutes. Rude and overworked staff. Current staff should be replaced with engaging staff that wants to work. Hopefully cooperate see these complaints and address them.

As many others have said, unbelievably poor customer service and slow, disinterested staff. After a 40 minute wait from joining queue to getting served I realised my drinks had been ready the whole time. When I was given them I said 'have they been there the whole time', and the response was 'I don't need your comments'. I see Google reviews all the time that say negative things but genuinely folks, if you can avoid, AVOID.

They say they make fresh shakes every time and I saw how they took one already made from the freezer. Dirty kitchen. Slow service. 5-6 people on the kitchen and were chilling taking their time and cleaning ventilation during busy service

This was probably the first and last time I ordered here. The vegetarian Shroom Burger was tiny and almost cold after I received it. Especially the bun was completely cold. I had cheese fries as well and they were ok only. The staff was not too friendly.

Lionel is the most incompetent person working there. Has zero customer service ability and has no management skill. The employees would do better with better leadership. Line was absolutely out of control, the system was messing up orders and Lionel did nothing to resolve the issue but have an attitude and tell the employees to fulfill the order.

Saw the terrible reviews but decided to try anyways as it was convenient. Solid 4/5 experience. Not the best shake shack i’ve had, but no big issues. Fries were lukewarm, burger was fine. Would go again.

Ordered cheese fries. And was given fries with a half full cup of lukewarm cheese. Guess I paid a dollar for half a cup of lukewarm cheese. The chicken burger did taste okay.

Two stars because I actually got what I ordered. If you don’t have at least 45 mins to wait, def don’t get food here. This location is severely understaffed and undertrained. I felt bad for them honestly. Go get pizza or sushi if you’re short on time.

Waited over 45 minutes for an order of fries tonight. That’s it. When I finally noticed tons of people that ordered after me getting their food. I politely asked the girl calling out names if my order was called. She walked away and said no without even looking at my receipt or checking her screen. I stand there still another two minutes and she comes to call our more names who ordered after me and finally looks at my ticket and isn’t saying much and I finally tel her it’s just a single order of fries and she goes oh that’s it and gets me a order of fries that were luke warm. My flight was boarding so I just gave up and accepted the Barely warm food, and lack of customer service. But this entire stand needs to be retrained it’s clear they were struggling over the smallest tasks. If you’re in the airport I wouldn’t waste my time honestly not for the cost of this food unless you have 45 minutes and $20 to waste on two shakes and a single order of basic fries that will barely be warm when they skip your order.

Highly recommended for a quintessential American meal prior to any international flight. Burgers are always solid but also Chicken sandwich is SO good. Fries were fresh. Appreciate canned wine and beer. Worth the trek from the initial Shake Shack in the terminal. There is nice seating at this location. Pay from the screen and patiently wait for delicious food. Yes, they have ice cream and shakes!
