Got a free shack burger from two missed free throws at the Liberty game the night before. Fries were too greasy though they didnt let the grease heat up enough or they put too many fries in at once. It's a good location though the staff was nice.

Horrible second experience at this location . Food quality is unpredictable but from my experience very low. Tonight's order from this location was very upsetting. Received tiny over cooked extremely dry chicken nuggets. I don't think I will ever order from here again!

My office is close by - my co-workers always order from here Today we ordered to celebrate a birthday lunch I orders the Chicken Shack Sandwich and cheese fries The chicken shack sandwich consists of a breaded chicken patty lettuce pickles and mayonnaise - it came hot- great tasting chicken - just the right crisp and crunch! The cheese fries very tasty / lots of melted cheese !! My co- workers also ordered the Doublr Avacado Bacon Burger- Shack Burger, plain Burger and spicy fries and drinks and shakes All food was delivered in a timely manner , hot and ready to eat!
My experience here’s today was exemplary. I was serviced by Lisa. Despite the little hiccup they had faced, with a typical customer that, “ wants what they want, when they want it.” They handled it supremely well.
From the detailed description of each product I asked about, to even wait time for the food, was “top of the shelf,” customer service to say the least. If I was given this kind of customer service, alongside the food being this good, everywhere I traveled to. I promise that sales, customer relations, and mere associate to associate cooperation, would drive up at least another 50-100% minimum. Thank you Lisa and your team for showing up and showing out.

I bought 2 burgers and asked for a little shack sauce on the side… girl tells me “we don’t have any” and walks off… Guy standing by asks what I needed and gives it to me and says he doesn’t know why she said that. Why hire someone like her lol. She didn’t even apologize after realizing they do have it…

When I walked into this shake shack I didn’t expect the best experience bc I have been ignored and given crap customer service before. But Melissa greeted me with so much respect. I was extremely pleased how fast she was and how much care she took in getting me my food in a timely and professional manner. I will be back again ! She needs a raise or something maybe train the other workers how it’s done .
