I've been to this spot a few times and the service was always on point. This time is no exception, I was certainly surprised that the place wasn't as crowded as it would usually be. Maybe it was a Tuesday afternoon I went there and the middle of the week days are usually slow. I got lunch from there and it didn't seem to be as much as I thought it would be. A Shackburger, Chicken bites, Cheese fries and root beer totaling up to $22 is not bad at all considering the usual cost of food for the franchise in general. I don't think I've come across a bad Shake Shack for they always set themselves at a standard with great service and delicious food. Of course with what they charge they better.
Fresh food and a clean restaurant. An employee even helped a customer select her food from the self help kiosk.

The service from this location was phenomenal the last time I went. There was a young woman manager who took great care to make sure that my order got fulfilled and thoroughly made a system error up to me. The food is satisfying. The music is okay. And the staff are nice. All in all a pretty great location.

I’ve been to this shake shack a few times. I love the chain and frequent other locations. This location is often not to busy, but they lack attention to detail and warm customer service. I received my chicken shack without pickles and they always forget my herb mayo on the side. For me, it’s the little things and they fall short here. The food taste good, but the customer service could be better. Also, you should leave the water cups by the water tap.

Worst 50 bucks spent for 3 burgers, drinks sold separately. The burger is stale and the patties are refried or recycled from what didn't sell the previous day . Pray that you survive food poisoning. The staff's attitude is terrible. I will never recommend or buy again.One star review is being super generous, if I could it would be no stars.

i was refused to use the restroom (bathroom) untill I pay for the order by the employees here at shakeshack in Jamaica Avenue. It was an emergency situation for me to use the bathroom and i was not in the situation to stay in the long line so long, but still i stood for my turn. The dining table says “stand for something good” but the company has failed to teach its employee “bathroom is basic human need”. By the way their burgher is unnecessarily overrated and paying so much for the low quality food us i sane.

My experience with this place is not good. There are 2 employees there with very nasty attitudes. 1 black lady with a wig with a hair net on top of her wig and 1 light skinned black man who acts as if he hasn't changed his underwear. I will not visit this chain again. There is a Muslim employee lady there who is very pleasant. She should be the one behind the cash register greeting the customers and serving them. The nasty employees should be in the back of the kitchen working.

The order was great, however the service wasn’t good, except for the kind young man who brought my food to my table. I asked if there was a restroom I that could use and one young lady didn’t even look at me and responded with “Yes”, and went to the back without showing me where the restroom was. An older gentleman took me to the restroom and while I was using the restroom someone else punched in the code and walked in on me! When I told the gentleman employee about it, he became very upset and was almost yelling at me. One of the cooks in the back was laughing. Terrible customer service. No apology.
