20 minute wait for burger burnt into hockey pucks. Request no lettuce ? The employees see that request as optional. They didn't even line up the burgers with the bun. They get a point because the kiosks were easy and the fries were pretty hot. This store not up to steak shack standards

Airport Shake Shack, so obv worse than most in terms of consistency and service, but it’s still a Shake Shack, so it’s better than most other options in the airport anyway. Food took 20 mins to come, don’t order if you’re in a hurry. No seating

Complete lack of customer service. Manager (tall skinny boy) rudely kicks all the customers out of the seating area at exactly 8pm saying he “got somewhere to be”. Seating area is part of the airport not the restaurant
