Airport Shake Shack, so obv worse than most in terms of consistency and service, but it’s still a Shake Shack, so it’s better than most other options in the airport anyway. Food took 20 mins to come, don’t order if you’re in a hurry. No seating
I ordered from Uber Eats - originally I was going to order from another closer location but I checked the reviews and I didn’t like it. I found this one and it’s a 30-minute wait but I trusted the reviews. The food came and I was surprised to see a straw and ketchup included in the bag. People normally forget and this made me happy. I don't think I've ever reviewed service at only two stars, but I ordered thru a kiosk (no human) so I expected the order *delivery* to be commendable. Though service wasn't terrible (we got our food!), the counter staff brought out four bags while four customers waited to see if it was theirs. Instead, the person continued chatting with her friend at the counter while we waited... Only after another person and I asked if it was ours, they handed it over. The burgers...
