It’s rare to eat such authentic pan-fried buns in New York. Finally, the pan-fried buns are made from either leavened noodles or dead noodles! sky! These two have completely different tastes, okay? And it should be fried freshly, after all, I waited for a long time hahahaha.I tried the crab noodle and normal steamed dumplings, and I liked them both. The soup was juicy in one bite, but you still have to drink the soup first before eating the steamed buns, otherwise it’s easy to get burnt. The store seems to have added some new Hong Kong-style dim sum, which is not sweet and very fragrant. The best thing I can say about Chinese desserts is that they are neither sweet nor greasy. They suit my taste very well. I like them!

Eating here is a pleasure. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, every snack is unforgettable, especially the delicious soup dumplings, which are rich in soup but not greasy.
In New York, it's hard to find a truly authentic taste of Shanghai. The Chaos skin here is thin and filling, delicious, and completely exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth coming back.
