SIIPS - Bubble Tea & Japanese

The shrimp tempura onigiri is delicious. I love the “BUY2GET1FREE” on any kinds of onigiri. Boba is also really good, my partner likes the iced caramel latte and adds boba. I love the mocha oreo boba!

We love bubble teas here but last week and today, it taste different, pls check… we taste more of milk than the flavor. We will still come back coz the owner is really nice❤️🙏🏼 God bless

Today I had a fresh tea was alright but I notice, isn’t veal outside of the store, if they do sweep it, it would be great if it could be done more frequently, as it’s unfortunately a breeding ground for rats and bugs.

I remember when they first opened and sold rice balls. But then they stopped. So glad they brought them back. I’ve tried other places but I think Ssips has the best rice balls. I’ve recommended their rice balls to everyone I know. Also, my son loves the bubble tea drinks from this place. He’s tried every single one and loves them all though he has his favorites. Their teriyaki chicken is also so tasty, so delicious!

Always an amazing experience, my son and I come here after school often.. we come for the onigari and bubble tea. Manager and boss are so friendly ! Always some kind of promos going on. Staff is also friendly. We just did a seamless order and it came super fast!

Onigiri’s on point, just learn how to unwrap properly. Desserts are decent and the drinks as well!

Service is awful! I waited like 20 minutes before I got my drink. They even made other people’s drink before mine.

Love this place! Always friendly and kind. And I enjoy their tea and food selections. It was an accidental find, that I'm glad I discovered. If you want to try knew things ask for strawberry bubble tea and salmon teriyaki or chicken katsu curry bowls.

As soon as I walked into the little boba shop, I really enjoyed the vibe. The employees were happily working and quickly getting the orders in. I like how the menu has a lot of choices and there’s even croffles! I really enjoyed the shrimp tempura onigiri? as recommended by Sam, a hard-working employee there. Overall, I would come here again in hopes of having another siipilicious time ?? !!

Absolutely rude girls. I ordered a brown sugar milk with oat milk with no ice as I was watching them make the drink I seen her shake the oat milk with ice turning it into a diluted watery mess. These girls had the nastiest look on their faces and were not polite at all, my assumption is they’re miserable teenage mean girls but still does not make that acceptable. Check your employees.
