Absolutely rude girls. I ordered a brown sugar milk with oat milk with no ice as I was watching them make the drink I seen her shake the oat milk with ice turning it into a diluted watery mess. These girls had the nastiest look on their faces and were not polite at all, my assumption is they’re miserable teenage mean girls but still does not make that acceptable. Check your employees.

I order from here often. I really love the beef udon and the slush teas. I've never sat to eat at the location but when I've picked up food, the staff is always pleasant and the place it very neat and clean. I will continue to order from here.

The food is great and the staff is very kind. They have a good amount of seating space just that there’s no bathrooms. The combos are a good deal and I really enjoyed the popcorn chicken.Wheelchair accessibility: not wheelchair accessible

My son’s favorite go to place. He got me hooked into onigiri & the drinks. So close to where I live & had no idea. It’s a gem in our area. Tried couple of other food from there since my son literally gets the food everyday. Loved it. So many good selections and the drink menu is unbelievable. Definitely trying all the drinks. So happy my son found this place.

By far my favorite bubble tea in the area. They serve coffee bubble teas, too, which not all bubble tea spots offer. They have a huge variety of flavors, my personal favorite is the Rose Lychee green tea. The staff and owner are super friendly. This is more of a grab-n-go bubble tea as the seating is pretty limited inside. You won't be disappointed here!

The black sesame slush is amazing and addictive! Please get it now. You won't regret it. It has a subtle milky nutty taste that is just perfect. Service here is pretty fast and the workers are friendly as well.

Located across the street from Stop n Shop. Grand Ave/74st stop for Q58 or Q59 bus. It is an appealing little shop with a massive menu ranging from bubble tea, bentos, sweets, onigiris, and snacks. The review is only for the Chicken Karaage Bento. On some platforms it is advertised with a complimentary drink and ice cream, while on others it says it comes with a boba. I went through Grubhub and was not offered anything additional.I could not find what the bento box entails but I will do my best. I also believe in Cunningham's Law, so come at me.- Miso Soup- A salad composed primarily of lettuce, a few cherry tomato halves, and sliced cucumbers with ginger dressing on the side.- Rice with nori furikake.- Chilled soba noodles with a hint of soy sauce.- 2 Shumais with vinegar sauce.- White fish cake thing- Black seaweed thing drowned in soy sauce. Very salty by itself.- Fried chicken with lemon and spicy mayo on the side.- Not quite mashed potatoes with pieces of vegetables and teriyaki sauce on top. The texture and taste make it seem like parsnip or some other root vegetable. It wasn't in the shape of anything cute as commonly portrayed in the media, but it was presentable.I enjoyed sampling multiple things and it was okay, but nothing in particular stood out.

If I'm craving gyudon and bubble tea at the same time (happens often), Siips is my number one go-to. Their food is delicious and always arrives hot, and their boba is pretty good. Also, they're open for delivery later than many Japanese places, which is very convenient. I know I can rely on Siips for delicious and high-quality food, snacks, and drinks!

The tea itself is very delicious and I love the place. The service is usually nice, however today one of them laughed me in the face when I said my order. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great spot! So it’s kind of out of no where and super unexpected but so glad to have found it. The service was great, kind and friendly and super helpful when making a choice!! Clean and welcoming. They also have soooo many choices of different kinds of bubble teas, slushy etc.
