This place has absolutely no concept of time. They get all fancy with the app but then cannot follow through with their own plan THEN…. it clearly states to call the restaurant for issues…. Well guess what They don’t answer and ironically, it being a 917 #, the mailbox is also full. Never again

When you order through seamless these guys actively withhold things like drinks from the delivery and then accuse the delivery person of stealing. Nonetheless once you’ve been charged they cannot refund you. I’m certain they get away with this regularly and are therefore skimming and profiteering with this scam. Otherwise Singas franchises are good, I would just avoid patronizing this location. They are thieves of dumb stuff like fries and soda for sure. And will throw the delivery guys under the bus.

Was trying to find a replacement ever since the flushing location burned down. It’s not as good unfortunately. The dough smells and tastes really floury and is not as crisp.
The pizzas are delicious, but the gentleman who is in customer service, attends in bad taste, is very rude, I would not go back there because of his terrible attention, it makes the atmosphere not pleasant.
