The last 2 weeks they got my order wrong twice. And truly I did not mind because Iāve been coming here for a long time and people make mistakes and thatās okay. But my issue came today when I ordered 3 pies with their special ābuy 2 get 1 freeā and they charged me for 3 pies accidentally. Like I said before, itās fine if they make a mistake, I just wanted my refund for the third pie, but he was SOOOOOOOO RUDE about it. He tried to tell me that I didnāt ask for the promo discount when I called. Isnāt it YOUR promo??? ? they are straight up scamming. Wdym I have to ask for the price thatās put up on the window in big letters or else youāre going to charge me full price?? ?? I wouldnāt have minded if he just gave me my refund and went about my day, but he was so rude, after the many times I didnāt say anything disrespectful to him about getting my order wrong. I was really nice about him getting my order wrong all those times, I donāt know why he couldnāt just be respectful to me too.
