Such a friendly staff. I've been here a few times already. They have amazingly fresh and tasty smoothie and juice options. Nice to see more healthy food options around Rosedale!

I enjoyed the natural juices which includes the Sweet Greens which consists of fresh vegetables and fruits. The Strawberry Sunset is also another one of my fav. along with the Grind & Shine for a quick picker upper in the morning. Sandwich- healthy toast of turkey with kale & other veggies.

This little hole in the wall place is incredible. Charlie is exceptionally passionate, friendly, warm and inviting. He makes you feel like family and takes special care of every detail of your order. An absolute rare find. Everything is fresh and made with love. Big shout out to Charlie. Delish!
