This is an awesome place! The guy named Shawn is killing it with his service for us. He took care of us well and the food is wonderful. One thing to keep out with is the spicy level though, they can get really hot here, especially when the food has been cooking for quite sometimes. Overall this has to be one of must go place for my friend and I.

It's delicious. Shawn's service is very nice and the people are very nice. The food is fresh and the portions are sufficient. I will come here often in the future.

It costs 50+ per person for two people to eat. If you have a big appetite, take a detour.

Ye Skewers Hot Pot is an absolute must! The selection of food is vast and fresh. They are always replenishing it in a timely manner as well. It really stands out from all the other hot pot establishments. Not only is the food an amazing value for its quality, but the staff takes the whole experience to another level. Tonight, Abby helped my table. She was consistently making sure we were good. If we needed more broth, more drinks, clearing plates to create more room, and even supplying enough napkins throughout our meal. Abby was extremely detailed oriented and made our meal that much better! Next time you go, ask to sit at Abby’s section for the ultimate hot pot experience!

It used to be good, but I don't know if the boss is away, the taste is terrible, the service is also terrible, and the price is more expensive than the hot pot city. It’s a pity for a pretty good restaurant (formerly)

The soup is not really authenic, just soso. The ingrients seems ok, we had this hotpot in the evening, but next morning me and my friends both having diarrhea, not just once. So not sure which ingrent not fresh or sth. And the lady server seems to be kind mean, she have no patience for ask at all, and take long time to bring us all the food. And the price is expensive for a small resturant, i could have use the money to go to a nicer place.

Skewer Hot Pot has been on our bucket list for a while and we were craving for their homemade duck blood . Finally we got a chance to give it a try.We got their Spicy Broth and Three-delicacy Broth as base. The owner told us they import their ingredients for spicy broth from Szechuan since they couldn’t find replacements here. They serve ingredients by semi self-service and ordering via iPad. I love the part where we window shopped from the freezer which displayed various meat, seafood, veggies and sides. Most ingredients were fresh with good quality and were delicious after being cooked with the flavorful broth. Our favorite was their duck blood since it was impressively delicious and the texture was extremely soft & silky.
