very unprofessional workers... every morning i go there is a guy maybe he works in night shift till morning.. such a rude person i have ever seen... he give food without bag,napkins and kecthup..and this is not first time this is happening more than 20 times...i never complained because i thought okay let it be but today this has been very rude... please consider this matter otherwise you gonna loose a lot of customers thanks.

Worst food ever. Got some sweets and faluda. Both tasted like its been there for ages. Spoiled food.Service was terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes to order even tho the place was empty. I was literally the only one and the person was busy doing something else.Never going there again.

Food is good. Service is horrible. Who is doing what, nobody knows, they charged me 3 items, but I got only 2 items and Over priced, 2nd time happened with me within a week.

We went there a couple of times & each time it felt that the restaurant vive was not fully there. It feels a little weird like there's something always out of the place. The food and service were alright, pretty average. Also customers need to learn how to behave in public. Some people treat the place as their living room (not cool at all). I don't know, maybe the management may need to change the layout or something. Our best wishes to them ?

This is actually my 3rd time here & for the first time I wished it was close to my home. I don't know if the owner has changed but something has changed for better & I loved those changes . The place looks more colorful & inviting. Place looked clean . Service was much much better than my last visits. So the reason I went all the way to Jamaica , queens is because I wanted to give a taste to my coworkers of my cultural food . As a Bangladeshi I am very proud of our love for food ! So I am always bragging at work. Finally after months we finally reached there. Almost passed this store because of past experience but decided to give one more chance. And I am so glad I did. We were 11 of us & everyone loved all the snacks, winter desserts & malai cha. Yummmmm..! If it was close to manhattan I am pretty sure they would visit this place a lot. And for me I will travel 3 hours from my island to here just for the yummy food & experience! It's like all my favorite childhood favorites in one place! I am definitely coming back soon to try the rest of the food . And will update later how it goes. My coworkers thanks me so many times for introducing my cultural food to them. They said everything was amazing . So, thank you guys for the great service, warm welcome & of course for all the yummy food. And sorry for not able to take more pictures of the food lol, I was just to hyper showing them all the food & explaining everything. I forgot to take pictures of our foods ! Silly me..! So don't wait, if you are in that hillside area do give them a visit, you will love all those snacks & desserts!

Be careful when you order Tea !!!Tonight around 12am midnight I went to this shop and ask the guy at the counter do you have tea? He ask someone to help me. The other guy came I said Bhai chaa hobay? He looked at me no answer, then I said one cup tea. Then he started making the tea. As it was late hour and I have bitter experience in other shop at the late hour so I asked him brother is it hot? He looked at me with an attitude and moved his head like I asked him something wrong. I told him brother why you’re showing attitude? You could have just say yes or no that’s it. He answered me I don’t like to answer. আমার রুচিতে বাধে। then I said amr o ruche tay lagtaysay to have your tea and I left the shop. What a disgrace!!!

Horrible place. The cashier was rude, he has no manners. I would not go back the again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this place. The food was ok. Most of the foods are not fresh and earlier in the day. By the cashier was unprofessional.
