I had such a great experience at SoBol thanks to one of the employees! The lady with the accent (I didn't quite catch her name) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about the customers and bring a positive energy to the store. The service was quick, the food tasted fresh. I’ll be coming back! Lol

I love the employees here! The employer did a great job of selecting their staff. One in particular was Sammy (sorry if i spelt your name wrong, dear😅) She was super sweet to me and complimented my outfit. I enjoyed speaking to her and the acai bowl was just as sweet as her. I came here in hope of being served with kindness. Let me tell you I was not. I waited for over 10 minutes just to get to the register, just to be greeted by the nastiest woman I have ever met. She messed up my order, and then when I politely asked her to fix it, she said no. I had ordered bananas and strawberries in my bowl and I was given only blueberries??? She wouldn't fix the fruits, and the bowl wasn't even filled up. Terrible service, terrible food, and terrible workers.

I was feeling pretty thirsty so I went to go get a smoothie. This girl named Sammi was the only person at the counter and she was chopping strawberries instead of taking my order. She had a very smug and rude attitude for no reason! The atmosphere somehow felt very...hostile? And the drink was disgusting. Never coming back here. Hopefully this place can invest in some actually good employees who can do their jobs right.

Love this place! Great healthy choices. My favorite is the Pitaya smoothie. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nikki, the owner is so helpful and sweet.
Run don't walk to Sobol Bay Terrace! Something for everybody in hot or cold weather. Delicious variety of healthy acai bowls and smoothies. Also waffles, egg bites and other warm treats. Staff so friendly and make adjustments to ingredients based on allergies/tastes. Very reasonable and a meal in itself. Great seating in and out.

I’ve been coming to this SoBol location for four years now, and it’s always been a favorite of mine. I usually get the classic açaí bowl, and it never disappoints. I especially appreciate that they offer nut-free granola, as someone with a deathly peanut allergy. Out of all the times I’ve visited, I’ve only been disappointed once, which says a lot about their consistency and quality. The bowls are always pretty fresh, the portions are satisfying.

The store is so cute, and the service is the best I’ve had, I come here frequently and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. I recommend getting nutella and peanut butter in your bowl, They make everything so good, specifically at this location. Definitely recommend coming here!!!
