I recently visited sol bol and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the start, I felt disrespected by the dismissive attitude of the staff and how they ignored any questions I had regarding each smoothies. It was clear that customer service was not a priority, as they seemed very irritated by my allergies and specifications of my order.
As a 75 year old woman this treatment makes me so sad . After trying to give this establishment another chance after being rude and nasty to me, today they failed again . When ordering a lady at the front mentioned me writing a previous google review (I work in the area and used to visit often, they know my name) which made me very uncomfortable because I know i rated them badly , but it was an honest review . I still ordered because my co workers love the place but they gave me the nastiest fruits that were so far from fresh with my order ! The drink I ordered tasted expired ! The bananas slices were mostly brown and the blueberries were smushed. I didn’t even want to go back to change it because last time they were so nasty to me . I’m going to just stop coming here overall . They are not nice people .
