The service by the “manager” is awful. Her service is awful she not even give extra napkins. She doesn’t check on you. Food is expensive for a small portion. The service and food are not worth it. Spend more than $100 for 3 small dishes. The waitress/ manager was so rude . I tip her in cash less than she putted on the bill ( tip is voluntary according to the service) she followed me outside for more and she threaten saying that she’s going to charge on my card. She doesn’t even deserve tip. I don’t recommend this place.

I'm going for Father's Day to have breakfast with my wife and I'm surprised that they took away breakfast that day. They offered me main dishes at 10 in the morning. Suddenly I went to Urubamba and the restaurant was full selling breakfast.

My wife and I have been eating here for years, they have always been consistent. Hands down the best Ceviche we've ever had and the pisco sour is also top notch. All the different dishes we've had have been excellent. Wonderful hidden gem in Queens.

Fantastic food and service! I originally tried to order on Uber Eats and the restaurant website online for delivery, but neither would allow me. I finally called the restaurant who graciously offered to deliver to Astoria without hesitation, on a snowstorm day (of course I added tip to my order, that was incredibly kind). The food arrived with a very kind gentleman, and it was absolutely delicious! Very happy with this place - will definitely be back :) ..thank you so much!

I’ve been here before. I come back after about 4 years.Same server. Service was rude. Has no knowledge of customer care and hospitality.Food was ok. Can improve much more.The restaurant has potential but ut doesn’t know. Customer comes and theres no procedures at all. Appetizers took 20 mins to come out. It wasn’t even busy we were the first table in the whole place. Yahaira the server was gave us the menu and went back to have a pleasant chat with someone else sitting on a far table. She looked annoyed we wanted service. Almost like she didn’t want us to interrupt her conversation.The worst of all is that you are obliged to pay 18%service. Included automatically in a table for 3. Rude service. I wouldn’t have tip her at all. She never came back to our table to ask if everything was ok or we needed something. We had to get her attention every time she passed by.I would not come back or recommend this place.Needs a much better management.
This use to be sol inca now changed but food is the same absolutely delicious. Ceviche had a little too much lemon this time but overall good. Jalea 100% recommended! The only thing that I was thrown off they had 18%service charge on top I had open option to tip. Honestly I didn't leave an additional tip.
