Oxtails, pepper steak, bbq chicken….all were amazing. And the sides were scrumptious too. Went with collard greens, string beans and yams ? Great service, definitely will be back‼️

We came on a busy Saturday night for dinner without reservations and got seated right away. The food was amazing!

I ordered shrimp, the portion was not as much as I'd prefer, but I was happy to smother the fried shrimp in tartar sauce, hot sauce and some lemon juice like we do in the south. The cashier was nice and the place looked clean, not sure why there wasn't anyone there.

Yesterday I tried some food from this particular restaurant. I had Whiting fish that wasn't clean right it had a lot of scales on it along with the fins. The potatoe salad was horrible, plus the collard greens didn't taste good. The macaroni and cheese was okay, plus the women that works there seem to have an attitude. This is why iam only giving 2 stars, I would like to give them more stars in the future for there soul food.

What a bad start to the neighborhood! The cashier has no customer service experience clearly she has a attitude shes not welcoming, she acts as if this is not a new business and she wants people to come back. She do not explain the menu at least the 2x i came she didnt dont rven mention specials. What if someone cant read or barely see however she looks young from the looks of it but got a old lady attitude. Shrimp Scampi was very dry no sauce. Try to support black business again they claim they ran out of the item didnt call to see if I wanted it replaced sinced i had place a order for 2 and canceled my order, how you run out of food and close at 3AM. People need to understand the business understand how us people keep the business going. Especially at a time like this in the world. Most people treat people good so they can be treated BETTER.
