Absolute waste of an establishment. They walk their food over from another restaurant nearby which would be fine if the food wasn't atrocious.I ordered the Bibb lettuce salad. This had pancetta that was absolutely just bacon. A, quite frankly, insane amount of dressing poured on top that had at least an oz of balsamic pooling at the bottom of the salad and added grilled chicken that was deep fried into oblivion.I get that I'm in an airport but it was bad even for the setting. General tip for travelers, if every other place is hopping and you think you found a good place that's less packed, don't go there. It's like finding a wide open space on a packed subway car, people avoid it for a reason.

Worst service on the planet. Girl was too busy chatting at bar to bring menus, took 20 mins to get drinks, food and drink were tasty (but cold). Took both 10mins to get salt and pepper then another 20 to get the check.. do not bother eating here if u need to catch a flight

Had a really unfortunate experience. The food and drinks just were not good. I asked for a dry white and the bartender recommended the Pinot Grigio, which makes sense. My husband ordered a dirty martini. My wine just was not good. Tasted like apple juice, honestly. The martini came in a very small glass which was good because it was mostly olive juice. I ordered the baratta flat bread, which, from the description, I thought was going to be a pizza. It was actually a large piece of mozzarella surrounded by 4 slices of what seemed to be stale pita? I believe the cheese had been previously frozen because it was very watery and didn’t have any flavor at all. It was most confusing. I asked for salt for the fries my husband ordered and we had to go up to get it. Oh! And the plate with the fries was dirty? I appreciate being understaffed but she just didn’t get the salt. I was left completely confused by the entire situation. And, it was $78!! Please, just go elsewhere.

Don't do it. System was down but no one said that so we ordered on the app and sat for 30 minutes. Finally got up to find someone and they brought cold, old food to us and didn't have the bar drinks we ordered so offered mimosas? Disgusting.

From the meal to the service, it's a great stop at the new LaGuardia. You actually get real silverware, real glassware, and a real server serving great food. The menu is a little limited but the food is well executed and they're happy to make little modifications like adding chicken to the cauliflower gratin pasta. Definitely a fun stop with a great seat, and a view of the runway.

I left this location about 5 min ago to catch a flight. Orders a salad and a drink. The drink glass had black residue inside the glass that the server said was a result of the glasses being in the chiller then coming into contact with alcohol……. I asked for it to be remade to make sure as this doesn’t happen at any other place with a chiller (also the glass wasn’t cool to the touch when I received it). The salad was fine the first few bites then I got grittiness and found the leaves not fully washed with dirt/sand at the base of a leaf I was biting into and even more on another leave stem base. Sent back and was told numerous times it was taken off my check. The tab I started was not updated so I went to pay at the register with my card and the server told me she had already closed my tab meaning without me signing, tipping, nothing. I asked again are we sure I’ve paid because the tab on my phone says it’s open and she said yes. I get to my gate and get the text saying my tab was closed and lo and behold it has me charged for the salad I took one leaf from and sent back. I have no time to go back to have it corrected and wouldn’t trust the server to fix it either. -3/5 and highly would not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

My recent experience here was terrible. To begin with, we waited almost an hour for our food despite there being only a few customers. As we have been waiting for an hour, we were getting nearly close to missing our flight.In addition, the burger’s meat/patty was SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED almost to the point where it was raw. We asked to speak to the manager and unfortunately, the manager’s response was very insincere and the other staff members displayed lack of attentiveness.Overall, I had a very negative experience at this specific restaurant and do NOT recommend this restaurant if you are ever at LGA.

Extremely small food menu (2 options) & a full bar.For 1 Burger w/fries & 1 Glass of wine, I paid $56 and some change.It looks like a nicer place than the next restaurant you'd walk past (a diner of some sort), but it certainly isn't.Come here for the full bar if you're ready to drop some serious cash, but get the food elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'd recommend fast food chains over this place.

For food as bad as the service, this is the place for you. The servers were slow with the service and neglectful of anyone not sitting at the bar. Also, don't bother asking for specifics under your order because the cooks are going to make it however they want. When I asked for a receipt I was told that it would be emailed to me 10 to 12 hours later, so good luck disputing any questionable charges.However the chairs are comfortable so stop by with food you have picked up someplace else.

Horrible experience! We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food! If I weren’t so hungry, I would have walked out. This is a big salad and this is the leftover balsamic . Vinegar left in the bottom of the limp salad.

I ordered a salad and there was dirt all over the unwashed lettuce and a piece of a plastic wrapper as a topping. It took over 10 minutes to get a beer and the servers were inattentive and unapologetic about the inedible salad.

Terrible service!! I had to beg for drinks. Then the price of my drinks changed mid meal so the charged me the higher price and tried to tell me that was normal. Absolutely do not step into this place they will treat you like garbage and then charge you for it.
