The girl with the orange fried hair, pale skin was not professional at all, very disappointing to see the customer service this bad especially that girl. I just left right now and she was crazy basically calling me stupid because I did not know it was closed. I love Starbucks but you guys should do something about this. :(

I ordered venti double chocolate frappe, the bartender gave me a grande size, I told him I ordered Venti size, and he was like she charged you a small size and he just avoided me like he doesn’t care at all. Very terrible service!!!
And the Cashier has an attitude too, Very rude Cashier and Bartender!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered two drinks and waited 20 minutes. An employee from the Foot Locker next door walked in and was served immediately, while several paying customers were waiting 10+ minutes for their drinks. The girl at the register was constantly on her phone.

So I always come to this location only because the distance is convenient However the lady that was taking my order was super rude to me for no reason I asked if I was able to use the coupon 4 for 20$ And she started at me and started slapping her hands together saying “ DO YOU HAVE THE APP “ I don’t understand the reason for her to start yelling and being rude when all I did was ask a simple question And she kept repeating herself At this point I didn’t even want to deal with her anymore She caught me off guard She’s dark skin short with glasses, curly hair I didn’t even want to get her name but the time I went was 7:16Pm August 31 Super rude Will not be coming back to this location even if it means going to another location Sad part is that this location had never been like this . I hope this changes

I placed an order at 12:45 in store. I bought a PSL and GOT my drink now at 1:12 pm. Terrible service. I regretted walking in this location. Shouldn't have waited that long for a drink and nothing else.

Placed an order for pick, waited an extra 10 mins after my order said it was ready for pick up. Came in not only my order wasn’t ready I asked one of the baristas for it and rudely said to they had too many orders to wait until it comes out without even asking me for my name. I waited 15 mins and still didn’t get my order. 45 mins for a pick up order I didn’t even get.
Ghetto music playing, I mean really; should Bad Bunny be playing at Starbucks?? Dirty floors and counters, very limited menu.

This is one of the absolute worst starbucks in Glendale. Not only do they not care about how they make your drinks, they also don't have any professionalism. They have a bunch of young kids working there who make drinks while being on their phones. Their clothing attire is also unprofessional. One of the baristas was wearing flip flops while making drinks when that is a liability to the company if coffee spills on them. The music is loud and vulgar and when ever you try to ask the baristas a question, they can't hear you because they're too busy talking. The Frappuccino that i asked for was supposed to be made with soy milk and the barista who made my drink did not use the soy milk pitcher which is also a risk for a person who has allergies. The general management for this location should hire people who will genuinely take the responsibility and care their customers deserve!

Placed a mobile order and was waiting for my drink for 30 minutes. Asked the lady when it was gonna be made and she said she’s making right now. She proceeded to make a drink for someone else and then left to go on her break. It wasn’t that busy and none of the employees cared that I was waiting for 30 minutes. They’re always super rude here
