Charged extra for green tea when we always order this just swap greentea for lemoade she put extra greentea, didnt put my right name , standing there waiting for my order because name is wrong then we had to wait 20 mins for my coffee cake, absolutely rude individuals, pretty sure won't be returning to Starbucks again especially this one with its incompetent workers.

I am still shaking with anger from what happened tonight. As a mother, I cannot believe how heartless and unfair the treatment was. I walked into the store around 8:25 PM with my 3-year-old daughter who urgently needed the bathroom. The very first thing I saw when I stepped inside was two men walking out of the bathroom — so clearly it was open and being used by customers.
I even bought a drink before asking, because I wanted to be respectful. But the moment I asked if my little girl could use the bathroom, the manager instantly said it was “closed.” No explanation. No sympathy. No understanding. Just a cold “no,” as if a toddler’s needs didn’t matter at all.
Because of that refusal, my daughter had an accident. She didn’t cry, but she was uncomfortable and embarrassed, and I had to deal with a situation that should never have happened. And what makes me the angriest is that it was completely preventable. The bathroom was literally being used seconds before I asked.
To deny a 3-year-old child a bathroom after allowing two adults in moments earlier is not just inconsistent — it is thoughtless, unkind, and absolutely unacceptable.
I walked out feeling disrespected, ignored, and honestly stunned that a manager could treat a mother and a small child with such coldness. The lack of basic human decency was shocking. All we needed was a few seconds of compassion — and we got the exact opposite.
If this is how they treat families, especially children, then parents deserve to know.

I ordered an iced vanilla latte and noticed that four people who ordered after me were served first. When I politely asked the barista if she had the drink for Michael, her response, in a very rude tone, was: “I have the cup in my hand.”
I understand the staff can get busy, but that kind of attitude toward a simple question felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in customer service.

Maybe it was a bad day.. maybe it was timing. The location was over run with foul mouthed teenagers who seem oblivious to anyone else. The orders were repeatedly incorrect, made worse by be more concerned with what was on the phone.. do better. The coffee was not bad, but don’t think I would return there-in summer !

The employees here are extremely disrespectful, they didn't even look at my face, especially the overweight employee. If an official sees this comment, please warn them, this is very disrespectful.

This will be the last time I ever set foot in this or any Starbucks location,my wife wanted something sweet so we get two drinks from here we ordered 15 minutes before I walked in to get my drink when I asked it wasn’t ready a small black girl with glasses gave me an attitude and said I have to make it it’s coming up wait, I wait get my drinks and ask for a cup holder and a bag she hands me a cup holder and tells me bags are 5 cents excuse me I just spent over $20 for coffee and a drink the least you can do is give me a damn bag so I can walk home with my drinks and not drop them I just have blood next door and was feeling extra weak you could see the paleness in my face the doctor told me to get Starbucks to help and this was what I was greeted with disgusting this happened on April 2nd at 11:25 a small black girl with glasses on she needs training because there’s a guy there talk dude who is literally the only reason I come back to this store his energy and attitude is unmatched he’s an assets little miss attitude is a liability

I have to say the service I received when I walked in today was absolutely amazing. I did an online order for pickup and Krys was so kind and made me feel very welcomed. I usually do not write reviews but she deserves to know what a great job she is doing.
I would definitely stop at this Starbucks again.

2nd time coming in here & both times it was an issue, so I need to make a review. 1/11/24 around 12:30pm, I ordered 3 cookies, ask to be warmed up, the young lady that had this task, continued to have conversation with a guy who was cleaning the little ovens. Talk & talk & talk making her orders a slow process to get customers out. On the counter there were two CLEANING BOTTLES laid as she took my cookies and rest them near the cleaning products( opened & one just laid flat. Counter wasn’t clean at all… then the guy continued to scrub the oven while my food is laid right there, totally disgusting, unsanitary, I ask for fresh cookies without having someone clean over them. As the same uneducated young lady, who is completely CLUELESS about working with food, opens my cookies, then PUTS HER HAND IN THE GARBAGE CAN TO PUSH THE WRAPPER DOWN, she did it twice at this point, I held my tongue, because I needed to get out of there!!! How you put your hand in garage can then prepare someone food!!! Never ever going back in there!!! Educate this person!!! Teach her, go over food safety!! The cashier however was very lovely.

The girl with the orange fried hair, pale skin was not professional at all, very disappointing to see the customer service this bad especially that girl. I just left right now and she was crazy basically calling me stupid because I did not know it was closed. I love Starbucks but you guys should do something about this. :(
