The staff do not communicate with each other which resulted in cold food and missing food. I put in a mobile order here and my latte came out before my egg white bites. How hard is it to microwave egg white bites???? I asked the barista and she’s telling me it’s coming out. Meanwhile I’m watching the man making the food warm up everything but the egg white bites. I waited a good 10 minutes after my drink was already out and when I tried to ask the girl again, she ignored me. So I finally asked the male barista and he said it should be in the front with the other order. Well it’s not! So they had to cook it again. More wasted time. When I finally got my eggs, they looked like they were in poor shape. What a mess. And it wasn’t even hot. Cold eggs. This place sucks.

Supervisor’s Customer Service skills is horrible and unacceptable. Walked in with my infant, made an order and was patiently waiting. After seeing that people after me on line got their drinks and left, went up to a worker and asked why is this happening. A person who called her self a “supervisor “ jump in our conversation and tells me that cold drinks are made on the other side and he is very behind. I said, ok no problem. Went back to the side and waited again. Now I am seeing people who walked in 15 mins after me, waited on the line and ordered their cold drinks, got their drink before me and left. Not even waiting 10 mins. Now I waited 25 mins, my infant is getting frustrated ?. I am going up to the worker and asked him if there is manager I can talk to. Once again, the so called supervisor jumps in our conversation and tells me she a supervisor and that they are behind. I asked her explain to me how is this possible that I am waiting 25 mins and people after me got their cold drinks and walked out already. She is saying, the same thing again, they are behind in a rude way and they are doing order as they come in their order. I said, can you show me my ticket? She says, you can get your refund and I am not arguing with you, I gave you the answer already. Very rude, zero customer service skills and this person is calling herself a supervisor. No I don’t want the refund after waiting for such a long time. I said again, show me my ticket and she didn’t. She walked away. All I wanted is to investigate and see who made a mistake and why my ticket isn’t there. She could’ve said, I am sorry we lost your ticket or somebody made a mistake, I will do your drink quickly, but no she is the one who wanted to argue with me and be rude about it. I guess she was having a bad day. A coworker who I spoke to initially was super nice, asked what I had as a drink and made my drink in less than a minute. This is called customer service. He should be the supervisor of that place. You don’t talk to people in that way, especially when you are at fault. I am sure they lost my ticket or the cashier made some mistake. No one in there waited 25 mins for their drink like I did. I hope this, so called supervisor, will be treated the same way she treated me, when she is a customer. Starbucks just choose wisely your supervisors please. This is your reputation and because of people like this your rating and reputation goes down ?.

Ordered pistachio latte. Not the best, opened the lid and half the cup was froth. Place was disgusting. Garbage over flowing and trash on counters and floors. 5 staff behind counter just chatting when there was no customers.

HORRIBLE, absolutely horrible! as someone with dietary restrictions, what starbucks is out of half of their milk types! went in to treat myself, and left CRYING, feeling worse then when i walked in! i order an ICED drink, and the guy put it in as a HOT one, like does he not know how to listen! oh and let’s not forget, that he also put in a GRANDE when i ordered a VENTI! those 2 words don’t sound alike, so how does one make such a large MISTAKE! and i didn’t know i payed for it like this because my order was never repeated back to me, that’s how you know he made multiple mistakes while putting it in, probably feeling too embarrassed to repeat it back to me. when i asked for my drink to be REMADE, because of a mistake on THEIR part, i was presented with WAY too much attitude! after just 2 sips, of my INCORRECTLY made drink, i felt like i was on my death bed, have NEVER felt so sick! definitely feel like i just got food poisoning! and what makes things worse, i couldn’t even order my drink online, and had to then STAND on line for 15 minutes, just to walk out DEPRESSED!!!!AFUL SERVICE!AWFUL DRINKS!AWFUL PLACE!i have never been in a worse starbucks my life!!!!places with lines out the door, make drinks better than they did here!

Yesterday I had one of the worst experience since I'm in America for over 25 years . The atmosphere and the service was horrible . Their attitude , being rude , obnoxious and being disrespectful was unbelievable. Never go back to this location again. They have low rating for a reason .

I never like coming into this Starbucks. No one is ever pleasant. They made my drink incorrectly no surprise there. Unless they did not have the ingredient then explain it. One barista was banging everything. I was not sure if she was angry. She looked like she did not want to be there. This location is not welcoming at all. Its the only place I can get coffee in the area. But I dread coming here. Something is always wrong with my order and the people are just not nice. Do better !!!

This girl named Alia is extremely rude. They got my order wrong and she didn’t even take my order and I kindly asked for another sandwich( the one I ordered) and she wanna get in the middle of my conversation with an attitude.

It’s a great restaurant, in a good location, and my drink tasted very good.I enjoyed my drink with the service, plus the barista that took my order was very patient, she answered all of my questions, so I am happy.There was also enough room at the section of the tables and seats, so I sat for a while, the view from outside of the window was absolutely lovely, so I would have to say my experience, my visit was awesome. I shall return.

Worst coffee ever ! Besides that I Waited 25mins .we .ordered 2 Matcha and she didn’t put anything but milk no flavor and barely any matcha extremely light green color ! I asked for it to be done again because it was gross and she took the same drink that I put my mouth on and shook it in the mixer and gave it back ! I saw other people outside throw out their entire drink because it was gross . Worst starbuck wow
