My experience with this Starbucks location was not great. Some of the staff doesn't have customer service at all and has an attitude. I order a drink and it came out wrong. I address to the associate Miklaia (with glasses and braids) about it and she said didn't put the extra ingredient in it but I saw her made it. She has an attitude with me about it and wanted me to keep the drink which I didn't want to. Mikalia also gossip to her other staff she was frustrated but I am the one who paid for the drink. Anyway I went back the different employee who made the order and she was great and wanted to help but I decided to get a refund instead. Do not come here and expect customer service here. It shows in the previous reviews posted here. Also I tried to call the store and no one bothers to pick up the phone. Unprofessional.

8 wish I can rate it a zero terrible customer service and my order is always wrong I got in at 350 enough time to order and leave they skipped me 4 times because they prioritize drive thru upon arrival the drive thru was empty after I placed my order they placed my name on the cup than walked off to take other customers orders 4 at that they made me late for work I didn't even get my drink they are terrible I don't recommend them at all

My latest experience at this Starbucks left my very disappointed and turned me off of this location completely. I pulled up to the drive thru screen as was to told to drive forward. Confused, bc I hadn’t ordered yet and the car in front of me drove forward at least 30 seconds before I pulled in but I drove forward and followed instructions. As I got to the window I explain my confusion with the lady there and to my surprise she responded harshly and rude. She told me that what I experienced couldn’t have occurred and makes no sense. Even though the lack of acknowledgement and accountability rubbed me wrong, I agreed that it makes no sense since I did not get to order. So I asked if I could place my order at the window. All I wanted was a cake pop which requires no preparation and wouldn’t hold up the long line behind me. However this lady told me “no”. She expressed that I could not order at the window and I would have to drive back around to the screen. This left me extremely frustrated, not only bc of the miscommunication, but because I saw the headset on her person meaning she is the person who takes the drive through orders. With everything considered, I just left without ordering because I did not want to be late for work and the unprofessionalism from the staff member made me want to spend money elsewhere. I hope this establishment can recenter their culture around the companies mission statement (“inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time”) because the lack of courtesy can damage.

The oddest experience in a Starbucks…

I wanted a mocha frappe as always. However, the employee denied to me. He said “because we are too loud.” What? What does at mean? I said. When I insisted he said the same thing “because we are too loud.”

He said that tomorrow will be available but not today.

Someone please explain me what just happens? I am confused…

Waiting on a friend for about 20-30 minutes, and was told by a lady (assuming manager) I can't occupy the lobby unless I'm ordering something (my friend was going to). Any starbucks and other coffee shops I've gone to never do this. If anything this would deter me from wanting to buy anything at all, and it did so I left. It was moderately busy, seemed welcoming, but I guess not.
