UPDATE . from 1 star to 5 . This location improved DRASTICALLY! I go here everyday , the staff is pleasant and mobile orders are coming out quick! If you stopped coming to this location when they first opened I would say to give them a second chance you wont be disappointed!!

Order same thing everyday through the mobile app , drink is made different each and everytime . If using the mobile app sometimes the order takes 10 mins other times its not ready after 35 mins . Drive thru is a joke ! You cant place your order until the car before you orders and picks up their order causing the drive thru line to be backed up with a minimum wait time of 5 mins per car. Although I have to admit that they have been doing a little better since its almost always empty now cause alot of people had horrible experiences and just stopped going here ! Everyone i speak to regarding this location has had a negative experience and has stopped going here . Its a shame ! Location needs more staff and better training. Worker asked me a few days ago "whatcha waiting for " with the nastiest attitude while waiting for my drink to get remade cause it was HORRIBLE , after getting it remade worse then the 1st time i just left with a crap 7 dollar coffee that went straight to the trash@

I've been to this location once for a pick up order and they forgot to make my order until I said something. But I've ordered online a few times from here and no lie they are always missing something in my order. Meanwhile, you pay extra for these add on

Quiet spot, amazing staff, great drinks, and clean bathrooms, what more could you ask for. They let my daughter have a sample refresher.

This is by far the WORSE Starbucks I have ever been to. The workers especially “Mighty” are rude and arrogant. I frequent Starbucks between Queens and Long Island at least four times a week, and this is the only one that charges for bags, charges to fill a cup without ice, makes you wait at the drive through after you order, runs out of straws, napkins, cups and other essential supplies on a daily. In a predominantly black neighborhood it is a noticeable difference between the customer service here and other stores. This Starbucks is the worse. I live three blocks away but would rather go to Cross Bay or any store in LI before I come here.

Very unprofessional and incompetent. They gave me a completely different order than what i asked for on top of that i asked for cold water why would they give me warm water in a cup? Every franchise ive been to they provided iced water do better or just go home. This happened 4/18/24 around 7am…??
