The coffee is the worst. Tastes like chemicals and I tried a lemon cake wow it was horrible. I will never try again and the price was insane for horrible food and coffee

I visited this Starbucks on July 1st at 9:36 PM through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The young male employee taking orders had a very unprofessional and disrespectful tone. He was speaking in a way that came across as extremely casual, almost “ghetto,” which is not the standard of communication you expect from a brand like Starbucks. What’s worse is that when we asked for his name, he told us it was “Frank,” which we later found out was likely false. I checked other recent reviews and, to my surprise, saw similar complaints about the same employee and his poor attitude. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. This Starbucks used to be one of the best locations around, but unfortunately, the service quality has gone downhill — and it shows. The star rating has dropped compared to last year, and it’s not hard to see why when you encounter staff like this. If the evening shift can’t be managed with trained and respectful employees, perhaps the business hours should be reconsidered. Starbucks is known for its customer service and welcoming atmosphere — this experience was the opposite. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into the staff training and conduct at this location.

Nice staff Kim is sweet. And everyone is nice and attentive I work next door and never had an issue. My coffee is prompt and correct. Food is fine. I have never had an issue. Some of the customers that come in and bump into you but the environment is nice and the staff is great. 😊

Unfortunately have had issues a few times with baristas intentionally ignoring me when asking for things like straws, or help with an order. I understand they get busy and overwhelmed but some of them act like the customers are inconveniencing them.

On Friday 4/11 I went to Starbucks on my lunch break, which is only 30 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to walk there &10 minutes to walk back to work. In this establishment, there is no sign that says no large bills Starbucks accepts large bills. I only had large bills. The employee asked the manager who removed the cash draw for change The manager is standing there With a draw full of change and refuse to make the change so I can get my coffee. I was deprived of my coffee because a manager failed to do her job and her nasty attitude and failure to make the sale is exactly why I would not waste my time going back there. I didn’t get no coffee and my lunch break; Went to waste.
