Nice staff Kim is sweet. And everyone is nice and attentive I work next door and never had an issue. My coffee is prompt and correct. Food is fine. I have never had an issue. Some of the customers that come in and bump into you but the environment is nice and the staff is great. 😊

Here on November 3, 2023. This location was insanely busy and there were only 3 staff member that I could see. Needs to have at least 3-5 more staff members! There happened to be a VERY rude customer during our visit who was complaining about the wait and said he would be calling corporate to report a member of the staff.

One of the staff members, Kim, did everything in her power to handle the situation very politely and professionally. She needs to be recognized...

My mom and I go to Starbucks in Whitestone, ny every week. Mom is 84 years old. She loves the hot pumpkin spice latte- extra whipped cream. Antonio is always on his game. He has come around from behind the counter to open the door (several times) for mom. He is a real gentleman. He’s always happy, very helpful, well mannered and is an asset to Starbucks!!! Thank you so much Antonio! You rock!!!
