this is the best starbucks i’ve visited in queens. the staff are friendly, efficient, and consistently make drinks exactly the way they should be. the store is clean, well organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere.

All the workers are really kind. This one worker in particular who has a beard and, at the time, wore a beanie, is always extremely attentive and has great attention-to-detail. We visit every Sunday at around 10am and we feel extremely welcome every single visit. All workers here deserve a praise.

I visit there tonight, the worst staff in Starbucks. When I ask the barista Asian short man if he could give me a little more coffee because it was too light, he rudely reply and said NO!! That I have to pay for it. He gave me mostly ice and little ice coffee. I know if you stay there, we should get a free refill. I only for 4 ounces to make my coffee darker. But not this Starbucks. He was unprofessional rude and miserable like the chubby girl with the glasses, I think her name was Jessica. I wanna put that Asian short man in his place, if I didn't have company! He needs customer service training and know how to treat customers with respect.

The two girls working tonight really pissed off. I wanted to use the bathroom, and they told me I needed to make a purchase first — absolutely no problem. I was in a rush, so I asked if I could use the bathroom first and then buy something afterward. She said, and I quote, “No, you have to make the purchase first.”
I thought maybe the bathroom code was printed on the receipt, so I stood there trying to use the app since my wallet was in my car — but the app wasn’t working. She stared at me for a good two minutes, and finally, when the app worked, the other girl opened the bathroom for me. I was shocked. The entire time, they were watching me just to make sure Starbucks customers buy something before using the bathroom for ten seconds.

This has become the worst starbucks in Queens. Unfortunately, management has banned students from entering due to overcrowding and treats everyone as kids as they kicked me out because I was not ordering on the spot as I sat and waited for wife to park. I'm used to be a regular for many year and recognized the same Korean guy who made my flat whites tell me i couldn't take a seat since i didn't order and told me to leave. Left a real bad feeling and I will buy my coffee elsewhere. Management has become desperate to kick anyone who does not order coffee and no more lingering inside due to space. Order and leave is what they want. I used to be a regular flat white customer but management treats me like a student taking up space inside. Why pay $10 flat whites if I can't even take my time. The unfriendly atmosphere has killed this store and now its mostly empty soon to be closed due to desperate management creating unfriendly atmosphere where lingering is no longer allowed. Drink and leave or they will ask you to order or leave. Starbucks is no longer a place to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to this location has the most welcoming Baristas and staff. So efficient and accurate with the orders. Atmosphere is clean and with all the hustle and bustle everyone is so kind and has a smile on their face 👌🏼

Terrible customer service, asked for the bathroom code and usually they never make such a big deal about giving out the bathroom code ( also it was empty, almost 8:00pm ) the guy automatically says “yeah it’s for paying customers only” then he says the cheapest thing you could buy is an avocado spread…. Why would I get an avocado spread lol ?! Also said it with a sarcastic tone. In all honesty the guy was being an a hole.
