Out of all the Starbucks I have been to this location has the most welcoming Baristas and staff. So efficient and accurate with the orders. Atmosphere is clean and with all the hustle and bustle everyone is so kind and has a smile on their face đđŒ

Terrible customer service, asked for the bathroom code and usually they never make such a big deal about giving out the bathroom code ( also it was empty, almost 8:00pm ) the guy automatically says âyeah itâs for paying customers onlyâ then he says the cheapest thing you could buy is an avocado spreadâŠ. Why would I get an avocado spread lol ?! Also said it with a sarcastic tone. In all honesty the guy was being an a hole.

Their drinks are never really good, we just go here because it's convenient and we live close by. Stay away from this store on school days between 2 and 3 p.m.; the rowdy high school students are annoying and noisy.

Rude service. Not only the staffs are very unwelcoming. They work like zombies with no smile and no uplifting energy. The cashier talks in super low voice like whispering⊠again no smile like a dead person. If you need to use the restroom, you GOTTA make purchase and they wonât give you a code but went there to open. Lack of humanity, very disappointing, Starbucks, do better!

Even though my order of box traveler had some complicated issues, but the team worked hard to finish my order at the peak morning hours. The coffee tasted good as well. I observed the improvement of Starbucks. Keep the effort to brew and serve better coffee.
Not a big fan of Starbucks, but my sister made me try the Almond milk and Brown sugar Cortado, enough to say I will be having it again.

This Starbucks on Bayside has the familiar cozy vibe with a relaxing ambiance and pleasant background music that makes it perfect for unwinding. I did notice a couple of things: the wall outlets were out of service, so if you're bringing a device, try to grab a seat at the center table, which still has working outlets. Also, the space near the ordering area is a bit tightâpeople with strollers or larger bags may find it challenging to navigate. However, the staff was wonderful! The person who took my order was incredibly kind and polite, with a warm smile that made me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a great spot with minor space issues.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a few weeks now ever since my son started afternoon classes nearby. I like to stop in and get an iced coffee while I check my work emails. But yesterday after I sat down the worker told me they do not allow customers to sit down in any of the 30+ chairs and tables. When I asked why, they said they just donât and I need to take my purchase and go. I told them that I had been coming here for weeks at the same time and sitting down while I drink and eat my purchase and they just said nope, I had to go.
I have a hunch this has to do with the rowdy teenagers waiting for the bus outside and maybe loitering inside, but donât tell a regular customer this has been the norm when it hasnât been.i was also the ONLY customer inside when this happened. So I donât know what their bias or reasoning was/is.
Now I enjoy my ice coffee at the Dunkinâ Donuts down the block.
