It’s a typical Starbucks. But the staffs are amazing! Very nice and friendly. Usually the cafe staffs are sassy and rude but it was different here and I was so surprised that workers were so supportive. The food and atmosphere were average.

My Starbucks experience was beyond infuriating! Aiden, the staff member I encountered, completely lacked empathy and decency. I needed to use the bathroom only to find it closed on purpose. I also asked politely if I could use it, but I was denied. I sit because standing was a challenge with my cane, I was shockingly denied and Aiden me to get up.I'm furious about this utter lack of understanding and basic human decency. How can a person be so heartless as to deny someone with a disability? This whole situation is not just disappointing; it's downright infuriating. Starbucks needs to seriously reconsider its staff training on customer service and inclusivity. This experience left me seething, and I hope the management takes swift and appropriate action to rectify this outrageous display of insensitivity.

My regular spot in NY. My only complaint all wooden chairs but I'll del with it.
I was at Starbucks today with my friends, and we intended to study like we do at all the other Starbucks we went to. We ordered or drink and had to ask for a table to sit because all tables are closed from 1:30 to 4 pm. we eventually got our table and sat down at 1:38pm. Twenty-two minutes later, a tall Asian cashier approached our table and asked when we were leaving. Mind you, we bought stuff from the establishment and haven't even finished it yet. I told him that in forty-five mins, we would be leaving. He wasn't rude about it, but I found the gesture rude. We weren't loitering in the building. We were supporting it, I didn't like how he came and asked that question. I felt like they wanted us to leave.
As an FYI to patrons, you cannot sit down, AT ALL between the hours of 1:30-4pm, Monday to Friday. I was informed of this as soon as I had a bought a coffee and set up my computer which just so happened to be at exactly 1:30. There was no mention as I was buying the coffee or ANY signs saying that ALL of the seating is closed during these hours. Basically got kicked out, but only after I had gotten myself all set up. The staff were kind about it but its a really obnoxious policy.

Good Drink and good service. They make the drinks pretty fast and there is a big seating area. This location has a lot of high schoolers but the service is good and I would come back! It does get loud here if you're planning to study or do work.

This Starbucks location makes me wonder why I pay for Venti, gave me extra foam and ice instead of coffee.

Super crowded with school crowds. Coffee is horrible due to the fact that they are rushing orders. Can't ask the staff anything because they are rude.

I bought my coffee here but I will never go again. They did not let my mother use the restroom. It was closed because they did not want school kids to use it. They have very horrible service and policies here.
