There is a guy with a beanie he is so rude to me. When I order my drinks. He need to follow the customers are say to order. He is like yelling at me.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one has to be the dirtiest. The bathrooms are filthy and it seems like no one even sweeps the floors. You can't even find a place to sit because you have people in there that don't purchase anything and sit for hours eating food from the outside or there. The manager is not doing his job. This one is located on Main St and 41st Avenue in Flushing, Queens.

Great update 2025 great staff!!! Place was super dirty and bugs and bugs flying everywhere and the bathroom shit everywhere super busy and place look bomb went off in there floor super dirty and coffee stains been from a month ago look like they are under staff and when I went for refill one employee was super rude and I will be calling the Starbucks HQ for the first time since the gold card came out lol

Absolutely disgusting. I was almost done with my drink when I noticed a milk cap sitting at the bottom. That’s honestly disgusting and a serious concern for cross-contamination. On top of that, the drink wasn’t even filled properly. Completely unacceptable and careless. Waste of money.

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I got a large ice coffee and a coffee cake it was very good. I would recommend this Starbucks if you are in the area.

My go to spot for a hot coffee in the morning. Employees are always friendly and polite.

Came into this Starbucks to purchase a coffee and asked to use the restroom and the rude guy employee said there is no restroom. I have been here so many times and I have used the restroom here. There was a black curtain hanging in front of the bathroom. We spent so much money on Starbucks there should be a bathroom available for the customers. Unacceptable.

I'm only commenting on the fact that they have no restroom!

Go MIN, bro!! He deciphered my moms usual COLD oat milk shaken expresso with brown sugar and broke it down into a HOT grande latte, oat milk, sugar pumps on the side. (Because it’s cold and she’s very picky about her coffee, highly recommend that order). These peeps NEVER miss with the way they make your order. Cheers. She put a thumbs up mid-sip.

So it my birthday I tried to get my free coffee but I don't have the app so JOSH the man in charge said I can't get a free coffee today because I need to have the app for about 2 weeks. I drink this coffee twice a day and as a business owner when it's someone birthday and I already give out coffee I would make the customer happy. . But this place will never get my business again...

I have came to the Starbucks location many times recently when I started coming back, they have been nothing but rude, the first time someone stole my drink right in front of me and they let that person and the second time they let people skip in front of me, I think the worker who let this happen name was Biavica, who ALSO WAS ON THE PHONE and overall isn’t a very nice atmosphere at this location.
