I buy chai latte and when I take sip and it's like hot water

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I got a large ice coffee and a coffee cake it was very good. I would recommend this Starbucks if you are in the area.

My go to spot for a hot coffee in the morning. Employees are always friendly and polite.

Came into this Starbucks to purchase a coffee and asked to use the restroom and the rude guy employee said there is no restroom. I have been here so many times and I have used the restroom here. There was a black curtain hanging in front of the bathroom. We spent so much money on Starbucks there should be a bathroom available for the customers. Unacceptable.

I'm only commenting on the fact that they have no restroom!

Go MIN, bro!! He deciphered my moms usual COLD oat milk shaken expresso with brown sugar and broke it down into a HOT grande latte, oat milk, sugar pumps on the side. (Because it’s cold and she’s very picky about her coffee, highly recommend that order). These peeps NEVER miss with the way they make your order. Cheers. She put a thumbs up mid-sip.

So it my birthday I tried to get my free coffee but I don't have the app so JOSH the man in charge said I can't get a free coffee today because I need to have the app for about 2 weeks. I drink this coffee twice a day and as a business owner when it's someone birthday and I already give out coffee I would make the customer happy. . But this place will never get my business again...

I have came to the Starbucks location many times recently when I started coming back, they have been nothing but rude, the first time someone stole my drink right in front of me and they let that person and the second time they let people skip in front of me, I think the worker who let this happen name was Biavica, who ALSO WAS ON THE PHONE and overall isn’t a very nice atmosphere at this location.

They should make it clear that the red cup day is not included on deliveries. Got 3 drinks and none with the cup. That was definitely not the red cup. Disappointing and can't say it had finished because it was early

The lady with a beanie who’s a supervisor and auburn hair that works here on Saturday is very rude. She’s very disrespectful when people ask a question or ask for an order remake.

Ordered venti shaken expresso. Received a grande. Told the person I paid for a venti.she said no problem. She did not remake the drink just added more ice and added something. Tasted horrible. Wasted time and money and had to dodge the panhandle by the entrance doors.

The service is exquisite and the pancakes exceptional, the coffee always ready. One of the best Starbucks in New York City.
