Said they close at 10 but they put everything away at 9:25. If you close at ten then why do you pack so early????????

I love this starbucks!!! They make the drinks so well and the staff is super friendly. Also the place is always clean and they do a great job at managing in the morning. Would highly recommend

I’ve been standing at the register for about five minutes — the only customer there — and no one even bothered to ask if I was ready to order. The staff just kept making drinks, chatting and going on about whatever they are doing , even though it wasn’t busy and there was no line. I finally asked if I should just order on the app, and the lady at the front said “yes.” Honestly, that’s terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.

There is a guy with a beanie he is so rude to me. When I order my drinks. He need to follow the customers are say to order. He is like yelling at me.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one has to be the dirtiest. The bathrooms are filthy and it seems like no one even sweeps the floors. You can't even find a place to sit because you have people in there that don't purchase anything and sit for hours eating food from the outside or there. The manager is not doing his job. This one is located on Main St and 41st Avenue in Flushing, Queens.

Great update 2025 great staff!!! Place was super dirty and bugs and bugs flying everywhere and the bathroom shit everywhere super busy and place look bomb went off in there floor super dirty and coffee stains been from a month ago look like they are under staff and when I went for refill one employee was super rude and I will be calling the Starbucks HQ for the first time since the gold card came out lol

Absolutely disgusting. I was almost done with my drink when I noticed a milk cap sitting at the bottom. That’s honestly disgusting and a serious concern for cross-contamination. On top of that, the drink wasn’t even filled properly. Completely unacceptable and careless. Waste of money.

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I got a large ice coffee and a coffee cake it was very good. I would recommend this Starbucks if you are in the area.

My go to spot for a hot coffee in the morning. Employees are always friendly and polite.
