Please don’t stand on the counter cleaning your walls with your dirty shoes while the others are making coffee/food. It’s very unsanitary. I didn’t see any of you wipe down the counter after she got down. Now wondering if my coffee lid was placed on that counter before making it.

#Equal_Treatmnet is in question:One of the crew member working in there, asked me what do I need? I said sugar. Then he started to serve a lady (White). Talking smilingly. Then he asked me again what do I need? I smiled and told sugar. He ignored me again and started to serve another one. Asked me again what do I need?I wanted to ask the store manager, to give their crew member proper training for equal treatment. That guy ignored me just because of my accent and my color. 2024, and still we have been facing this discrimination.

According to closing time it is at 8 and they close 1 hour before. I do not recommend it

I really like Starbuck’s but unfortunately I'm not going to go back to that place again. The service is very bad. I had to wait 10 minutes for a simple coffee, and it's not the first time. It’s sucks !!!
One of the best locations that I have been to! The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and they get your order right consistently. You can tell that the people that work here take great pride in what they do. Everything here is very quick and fast paced.Their brownies are the absolute best in the city and Starbucks in general lives up to its reputation of making the best coffee drinks in the city, thanks to it’s dedicated staff

The baristas are very welcoming and nice. They answer any question you may have about syrup flavors and food items. Did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes even though there was a good amount of people waiting. Will definitely mobile order if I have somewhere to go in a rush though.

Absolute slowest Starbucks I know. Order 10 minutes ahead even if it's for a simple iced coffee.. if you think, ah I'm 5 blocks away, it's enough, you're wrong. Order very early. Can't tell you how many subway trains I've missed because I show up and have to wait 5 more minutes. It's probably faster to just show up and order the normal way. Consider yourself warned.
