Starbucks

Basically they close when ever they want to. Even if flights are delayed, or there are still people in the terminal. Just got told they were closed at 7:30p. While everything in the store was still open. Superior service. But it doesn't matter because they have a captive market.

You can’t scan drinks. The food is mediocre, Fries soggy not worth $20. They don’t label the container or say anything about what it is. They just put it on the counter. I don’t recommend this place. There are better options.

Didn't take a drink, but I know very well how starbucks can be. Rating is purely on the aesthetics and this place looks so nice! It's like a premium starbucks coffee lounge.

The cashier said they were not making any more frappucino because they were closing in 15 minutes. There was no line and the blender was still running when I asked for a frappucino. Her explanation was that they have to start putting things away in advance before closing time. Sounds absurd to customers whose flight just got delayed 5+ hours and must wait for a flight after midnight ?‍♂️

Rude service, dont know how to make cappucino, should go out of business. I shouldnt have tipped them. And really happy it is a 2 stars location they should fir the manager

Stupid mobile-only store hidden under the escalators with rude staff.
When the bosses at Starbucks ask why nobody uses this store the answer is BECAUSE YOU HID IT WITH NO SIGNAGE and staffed it either RUDE people.
Epic duh.

This is a nice Starbucks, located in Terminal C at LaGuardia Airport. The space is so clean, well-kept & spacious!! The staff are efficient and made my coffee just as ordered!

I would have had my sandwich sooner and it would have been warmer if they hadn’t given it — even after a discussion with the woman who received it about whether it was hers — to someone else. My name was surely on the sticker and no one called my name. Instead, after a few more minutes and some discussion behind the counter about making another tomato & mozzarella, I was handed Emma’s sandwich that had been sitting on the counter the whole time.
