TLDR: You’re better off just not having any coffee than visiting this horrible location
Wouldn’t normally waste my time reviewing a Starbucks but this one is especially disgusting. The employees don’t want to work, they were constantly talking to each other like clowns while the orders were coming out slowly. The girl at the register was busy talking to another employee when I was ordering. Surprisingly, she repeated my order correctly but they brought out the wrong thing anyway. When I let the guy know, he asked for my name, which the girl at the register never asked for. Finally, after around 13 min, he made the iced latte and it was terrible. Too much ice, too little coffee. Ended up throwing it away in the trash. That’s where this Starbucks location belongs, the trash. The only employee who seemed to be taking their job seriously was the new girl who seemed to be doing her best.
This was about 4pm the day I’m leaving this review, incase the manager is any more competent than the useless employees and wants to improve their terrible lazy work ethic.

Carlos was very rude, he got my drink wrong and then laughed in my face when I asked to correct it.

I had a really good experience here. Had an early flight out and a really good breakfast experience at this Starbucks. The drink came fast, the cake was good, friendly staff.

The workers here are rude. And don’t want to work here. One employee thru the food on the table and don’t say who it belonged to and said “ the names on the wrap” and I said I wanted something’s frozen and I got somethign iced. I never order from Starbucks and the one time I do it’s not how I expect it to go

12 minutes to get a soy matcha latte. Only one or three people seem like they cared do their work quickly
I ordered 20 mins ahead via the mobile app. When I got to the store, they had my drink but my food item was missing. I waited for 10 mins and no one bothered to tell me that my food item was out of stock and they couldn’t even refund me in store and told me to deal with it online. I told them my flight was leaving and would have been nice if they told me the moment I arrived that the food item wasn’t available so that I didn’t need to wait for 10 mins for nothing. The baristas were very dude. This is a business at the airport and no one has time to waste. The amount of inconsiderate and disrespectful is beyond comprehension. Avoid at any cost.
Rude staff

The cappuccino was all frothed milk with hardly any coffee
Very disappointed!
Maylee was amazing she allowed me to do a special request of extra crunch on the side for my drink and that was truly customer service. She had A super wonderful, happy attitude and cute pins on her visor! Great service!
Great location, fast, clean and friendly stuff!
Decent location in terminal C. Nice seating areas and staff was fairly quick and nicer than some other airport Starbucks that I have been to. Would come here again.
Basically they close when ever they want to. Even if flights are delayed, or there are still people in the terminal. Just got told they were closed at 7:30p. While everything in the store was still open. Superior service. But it doesn't matter because they have a captive market.
