I do not order from Starbucks often. In fact the last time I ordered from a Starbucks was more than a year ago. However, I placed an order for a Mocha Cookie Crumble and within minutes it was done and presented to me with a smile. It was absolutely fabulous taste and appearance wise! I received compliments from so many people and recommended them to this wonderful Starbucks!

First, I have to give props to Kimberly. She ALWAYS addresses me and other clients with a genuine positive and helpful energy. Her energy and smile coupled with my favorite Dirty Chai w/Oat milk help me push on thru the day and be positive . I also have to acknowledge Victoria for introducing me to the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado—DELICIOUS!! Thank you Kimberly, thank you Victoria and Thank you Starbucks Forest Hills staff.
