Bad smell.
Drink tasted strange.
I recommend watching how they prepare your drink. I didn't, and I suspect they gave me whole milk instead of soy. I'm lactose intolerant, so this was quite an issue. 😔

It's a Starbucks but even for Starbucks it wasn't great service. Cashier was distracted and trying to do 3 things at once. Maybe they were short staffed?

Super rude and poorly trained staff. I ordered a $4.50 double espresso and asked for them to add regular milk to it which is an option in the app. They said they could not or they would get in trouble?! Most bizarre Starbucks experience.

I know Starbucks has been on a downward spiral but it’s evident they’re just hiring anybody now.
The cashier Alexey seems like he’s new and messed up my drink while I was ordering which is totally fine, understandable. We’re human and atleast HE WAS PLEASANT.
It was the chubby girl who was on the warmer in the morning on this day who left me shocked at how out of pocket she was. When I came back to respectfully let them know my order wasn’t placed correctly … this girl listens to me explain the whole situation , rings up a random drink that is nothing close to what my drink was & I knew this because of the price difference that came up… yup .. SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN— I used to work at Starbucks myself so I know the policy they have in place which is not to be stingy with free drinks , their reward system serves as a testimony to that so I DONT understand how this girl didn’t know that especially since her and the barista on bar were gawking at Alexey when they realized my drink had to be remade as if they’re the store vets.. so cliquey, absolutely disgusting behavior, grow the hell up .
The WORST of it was after I told her I wanted my drink remade free of charge is she had the nerve to say my drink was very specific …. You’re going to attempt to charge me for a mistake one of your partners made & then proceed to make commentary on how “specific” my drink is ?…
I digress.
Sb; I ordered a venti iced chai, almond milk , 2 pumps sf vanilla , 1 pump hazelnut , & vanilla sc cold foam.
My message to the manager & DM who oversee this store , your team needs to seriously do better. I felt provoked by that girl and no one needs to feel like that after their drink is messed up in the morning. Make the kids you hire grow the hell up when they’re clocked in.

Today was a very bad day, I wanted a cold drink and Lina was waiting for me at Starbucks. The service was good. I even asked for a cookie ? and a chocolate bread. The girl practically threw away my order. I work in customer service and when I can't, I ask my supervisor for assistance. I felt very bad because I am paying for my order, I am not asking for it for free.?

I ordered from Starbucks app and somebody stole my drink and it took them more than 20 minutes to give me another one like it wasn't even busy. I had to remind them 3 times to finally get my drink. It felt like I was asking for a free drink even after paying for it.
