Really bad service. The app said my order was ready, but when I arrived, I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes. And if you try to “give them more time” and pick it up later, your drink will already be thrown away. I honestly have no idea what this store is doing. The same thing has happened several times. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHEN SHOULD I PICK UP???? I won’t be coming back unless absolutely necessary.

Around 8:30 AM I was followed by a homeless man on my way to the subway and felt unsafe. I came into this Starbucks and the staff immediately stepped in to help me. I’m very grateful for their quick and caring response. Great team and thank you for keeping me safe.

a special shoutout to the gentleman with the beanie working the register/hot foods and the michelle working drinks the morning of nyc marathon 2025! they were both really WORKING! and despite how crazy it was, they stayed professional, friendly and willing to help customers. give these people a raise!!

This Starbucks is not at all busy but the staff is sooooooooo slow. Takes about 10 mins to make your coffee. Be warned if you’re in a rush. They will chit chat and your espresso will quickly stale on the machine.

They called the cops on me because I sat in the corner of a bench they have nearest the bathroom next to a man and he claimed it was his area despite not being the owner of the Starbucks. Starbucks staff and management proceeded to call the cops on me a Latina woman because they favored him a regular over me, another patron. I did not sit in the guys seat because if he went to the bathroom, for example, and came back I would’ve gotten up from his seat; he was already sitting there but didn’t like “I was in his general area”. Calling the cops on me over something so trivial is uncalled for, traumatizing and racist. Do not get your Starbucks here!
PS— according to other reviews, they regularly racially discriminate and are biased people!

I order two coffees from here, sweet cream cold brew and ice caramel macchiato. My usual is the sweet cream and it tasted like water and I couldn’t taste the vanilla. I was honestly annoyed so I decided to just order a new coffee because in my opinion if they can’t get it right the first time, they won’t be able to get it right the second time. Caramel macchiato did not come out good as well…. I’m not sure if it’s their coffee machines because they’re both two different types of coffee and both came out tasting like water.

My regular visit, although extremely busy this morning, was still great. The girl barista Michelle was making drinks solo and handled everything impressively with her multitasking. 100% recommended.
Give yourself an extra 10 mins on pickup from when they tell you it will be ready…

I ordered the Iced Lemon Loaf, Birthday Cake Pop, Iced Starbucks® Blonde Vanilla Latte and Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich. The loaf was decent, cake pop was subpar, coffee was ok, and sandwich was small and lack taste. Nothing special about it. Customer service was decent.
