When they first opened, they were fantastic - food was great quality, and prices were good. Now, food is absolutely not worth the price, and service has gone down.
We've given Steam Grill so many chances, but it seems like it's wasted effort and money.

Changing from 3 stars to 1 stars. Just waited 30 minutes for a damn bagel & cream cheese after ordering FIRST, made my order last. The service here just isn't the same anymore

I been a loyal customer since the place first opened, the Service used to be great never had any complaints til recently the owner hired new people. The lady that is taking the order acts like she barely want to work & on top of that they come to work with their kids. Let’s get to the food part, I order 3 plates of food I notice she only put two scoops of rice on each plate & mind you I ordered from them all the time , when I don’t drive there I order online. I asked her to add extra rice on the last plate because at this point I’m confused on why I’m paying damn near $54 for 3 plate of food with barely enough rice she said okay & charge me for the rice and not add the rice at this point I’m very mad. This place is not demure at alll. Every time I leave the store I always feel ripped off when I get home because I always spent a lot of money and there is barely any food. You can barely get to them on the phone now they never pick up the phone honestly, I think the owner need to fire all the new people that he recently hired he will be losing a lot of customer. A lot of loyal customer to. This was my favorite halal restaurant it will be best if I find another store it’s not worth the stress

I hate leaving bad reviews and I rarely do so. But this is the second time the chicken nuggets were not cooked properly. The order was given on Uber eats around 2PM, Sun June 23rd.

Shrimp gyro tasted good. Adding water to dilute the cilantro sauce made tge fish gyro cold. Other than that it was good. There was only one person working, so a huge delay with getting food ready. Other than that, taste wise it is good.
Worst customer service. The employee took my order while on the phone and forgot to provide utensils. I guess I'll have to find a new place to get food from now on.

I just went to get the food at 11:20 and the restaurant was close all the staff was there door open another customer was there and they just said oh we are just leaving. We are closing early today. Tomorrow will be open until midnight. I need food today, not professional.
