Clare was a fabulous server. Friendly and accommodating. The food was good. My halibut was a little cold and the strip steak was a little tough but the octopus appetizer and the wedge salad were great.

Fantastic location in Midtown. Brian was our server and he was spot on. The food was good, but the service was better. Not only did he give fantastic service, he went out of his way to ask us questions and then he gave us a list of "don't miss" things to do!

Tried to use my Landry's rewards balance towards the check. I gave my card and they they told me some excuse that they couldn't do it even though I showed them my card and my balance on the app. It was very upsetting considering many times the server asks me in front of the entire table if I want to use my balance (embarrassing) towards the check. This is the first time I have had an issue with DF's and it was never resolved. The Manager came over and assured me the rewards never expire but that was not the point. So I ended up paying for the full dinner. I was on a tight time frame and could not stay and argue with the Manager. The servers and food were as always excellent.

I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend. Everything was simply amazing. Sean our server took great care of us, while providing amazing knowledge of the food and wine parings. The food was delicious from appetizers to dessert. We will visit again.

The food was excellent. We were a party of 6 and started with the caesar salad and lobster bisque. We then moved on to the filet,, prime ribeye, lobster Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and broccolini. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Everything tasted wonderful including the bread! It was so soft and somewhat gooey on the inside and a slight crisp on the outside. So delicious! We will definitely be back.

We had a long wait to be seated for our reservation but they did accommodate our request for a booth, as in the past we've enjoyed booths at the restaurant. The wait staff is always good, and Kenny lived up to expectation. Food is always ample in portion and cooked nicely. Always delicious!! It seems that steak houses are always noisy, and was true this time as well. Want to thank everyone who helped us with the booth and the birthday celebration.

I've been going to Del Friscos for over 20 years and this is the first time I was not pleased. I took my wife there to celebrate her birthday all the way from Long Island and left there feeling like I didn't deliver a memorable day for her. The lack of service was the part that stood out the most out of every other time I've been there. To start, the waiter never presented the specials as other waiters were doing at other tables, once the food was delivered to our table (by another waiter) I never saw my waiter from the moment we ordered until I flagged him down for the check. My steak was rare when I ordered a medium. Normally that's not an issue and it could be easily corrected but since my waiter never returned to check on us I couldn't point out the condition of the steak. We were never offered to have our drinks refreshed which were empty after we finished the appetizers so we were stuck with drinking the water. I ate maybe 10% of the steak because of how rare it was and you would think the waiter would ask “was everything ok with your meal” since it was not eaten. Nope, not my waiter... Sure I'll get your check. It's clear that a table for 2 is not as important as a larger group. Very disappointed..

Del Frisco's is typically my go to steakhouse for lunch or dinner. However, this time around I was very disappointed. The steaks we had were overpowering with salt that it made my lips chapped. There was a crunch from the amount of salt on the steak, besides my steak being heavy handed with salt, my wife had the same issue and so did the side dish of potatoes. I don't like to make a scene or send back food but the waiter noticed I only had a couple bites and asked what was wrong, the floor manager came to the table and asked if I wanted another steak but by that time we were already there for 2 hours and my appetite was ruined. He said he would remove the stead from the bill, but when the bill came there was only a small credit of $35 This experience left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

The noise level was over the top. Our waiter Brian was inattentive and at times rude. The boneless ribeye was just ok and the bearnaise sauce was so peppery. The twice baked potato was delicious, otherwise the food was mediocre. We will not be returning.

I've been going to this restaurant for over a decade and used to love the experience, but the past year or two it has gotten worse. The servers used to be very personable and now are reading from a very obvious upsell script. There are better non-chain steakhouses in the city and I'll begin frequenting these more often.

Service and food was excellent. Table and chair space was tight due to neighboring tables and the lunch rush was loud so it was hard to hear ourselves speak at our table. Would return and ask for a more spacious table away from the center of the restaurant.

FOOD, Ambience, as allways very good, but the service was really bad, totally different if you make a comparison with Fort Worth, Dallas, Las Vegas.... This time was a bad experience

Del FRISCOS Double Eagle is our goto for any special occasion or nice night out. We were celebrating our son's birthday and Del Friscos was just the place to do that. Food was great, service was even better. Thank you Chris Barber, the best waiter ever, for making our dinner so special!

What a beautiful spot in the heart of NYC! Our server Peter was great. Chatted with us about Boston and provided suggestions on the menu. Recommend the filet and the whipped potatoes. My sister and I agree that this was the best steak ever. Seasoned to perfection. I appreciated how they checked with the chef on my food allergies. They also accommodated my request for a window seat when I made my reservation.

We decided to order a bottle of the house red wine. It was undrinkable. I rarely say this and like most wine. The waiter would not remove it from our bill. Then we got a second more expensive bottle which wasn't much better. I don't mind expensive steak but when I can't enjoy it with a good red wine it's disappointing. The wine list is outrageously overpriced
