I was trying to place an order on the app and had a deal attached. When the order went through, the deal disappeared from the order, and when I tried to call the restaurant one minute after placing the order, the woman on the phone said that they were finished making three footlongs in one minute.

There was only one worker and one guy who seemed like he was the manager/owner. Although my order was a large one, the man who seemed to be the owner watched the worker make my large order. He stood around doing nothing and packaged orders very slowly. When I confronted him about why it took forever to have my order made, he told me that there were a lot of customers despite the fact that I was the only one there and also told me that the time the subway app tells you the order will be done is not the actual time. Very poor quality of service. There was not a lot of meat or sides in the sandwich as well.
While I waited for my order, I looked around and there were bread crumbs everywhere and even pieces of sandwiches on the ground.

The lady anita is always so nice and accommodating best subway in the area. I havent had subway in almost 4-5 years and since i tried it here ive had it over 20+ past 3 months. THE OWNER NEEDS TO GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE. 10/10 i order the sweet onion foot long and a veggie patty for my mum everytime and will continue.
