Seated quickly but more than twenty minutes before a server came for our order and the restaurant was pretty empty. Server was very nice once he did come and the rest of the experience was wonderful.

The food was decent but nothing particularly memorable — it lacked that special touch that makes a meal stand out. The service was fine; the staff was polite but not especially attentive or engaging. As for the ambience, it was acceptable, though it didn't create much of a vibe or atmosphere that would make me eager to return. While there was nothing terribly wrong with the experience, there also wasn't anything that truly impressed me. It felt average across the board.

This was my first time having a bad experience at this restaurant. The waiter brought out the wrong items and kept forgetting to bring our drinks. After I placed my order, I waited almost 25 minutes before being told that the item I ordered was no longer available. I then had to wait another 25 minutes to finally receive my food. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had here.

Was a pretty and spacious place but the value of the food was not worth the price. Also with such a big menu, half of the things my party tried to order the did not have available which was disappointing. Service was excellent though, our waitress was very accommodating.

It was a Friday evening when my girlfriend and I patronized The Sugar Factory. Was not crowded at that time so the service was speedy. Very attentive and professional wait staff and the food was excellent. Especially the specialty dry ice drinks. Will definitely be going back.
Yall should make the Hispanic cleaner a waiter because the actual waiters are a waste of time the Hispanic guy is the only one that helped us

The drinks was great, the attitude wasn't so great.... I was getting 2 drinks at the casino before so I'm gonna take responsibility for that , the food took FOREVER to arrive, we talking more than 30 min and the place was 75% empty, why food take SO LONG when restaurant is mostly empty, it's something with sugar factory that taking years to make food!!!! Like that's a chain company how come I have to wait 45 min to get chicken wings??? That was same thing with the other sugar factory I was in
