We came to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and it was amazing. The server was AMAZING!! I really enjoyed when my son was caught off guard when they came to sing happy birthday to him. Amazing job! We will be coming back again soon@

Sodas were flat, the sauces for the food did not taste right. They have to charge a mandatory service charge of 20% because the food really sucks

The food was not tasty at all. Ok let me take that back. The fries were good. The chicken Alfredo was tasteless. The Mac pop were so hard and had no flavor. The steak was cook to perfection but was so bland. This is my second time coming and both times the food sucks. I only came to celebrate my daughter's bday. She wanted the ice cream there. However, it's my mistake going there while hungry. They will not get another dime from me and my family. I will have to find another spot that has over the top ice cream

Went to Sugar Factory in Queens for my daughter's birthday dinner , it was a Monday night and not too busy and the place didnt disappoint! She was able to take pictures and it wasnt super busy so the wait staff was really attentive. Everything was very nice from the service, to the ambiance to the food, we had a great experience.

We went on a Thursday night. While it wasn't busy, it wasn't empty. Robert was our server and was so attentive, friendly and endearing; we'd come back just for his service. He was great. However, not being as busy, the food came out later than expected, lukewarm and not fresh looking. Dessert was as expected: great and tasty. Ambiance is amazing and the staff helped us celebrate our daughter's b-day (and 5 other birthdays parties that evening) wonderfully. NOTE: there is a photographer that is very nice and sweet, but passively aggressive. She takes a bunch of pics and comes back with 5-8 pics already framed and offering the to you at $25 a pop. We purchased 3. They are billed separately from the dinner. Overall, we'd probably come back when it's busier to see it that would change the level of food prep (like, maybe a more chaotic time frame produce faster/warmer entrees ?), but we'd likely only go there for dessert.

I booked reservations for my birthday after seeing the holiday menu online and thinking the food looked fun and my children would enjoy this fun food. First they didn't actually offer the holiday menu at the location. They only had the traditional menu so all the fun things I sold my kids on were not available such as snowman mugs.. secondly the food was awful. My son and I ordered burgers the meat must have been bad as the beef smelt horrible and tasted sour it was terrible. I was so disappointed and now my appetite completely gone that we never even had dessert even though we went out for a birthday dinner.

The service was very poor. I was asked if I had received a 'comp' and it seemed that that determined where I was seated. ABSOLUTELY no waiter approached me to offer service for more than 30 minutes and when I asked the two waiters that were serving people on either side of me, they were kind enough but neither acknowledged the seat to be in their assigned service area. One of them served me (Both were very willing), but no one should be seated in what seems to be no-man's land as far as service is concerned and when the food eventually came, the steak was overcooked. It was a horrible experience.

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this restaurant tonight. Service was super slow even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. Our waiter Moctar was aggressive when talking to my party. Extremely passive aggressive, made us feel uncomfortable throughout our experience. The music was also VERY loud, we couldn’t hear each other talking, we had to yell… Would never even think of returning here or recommending it to someone else.
Viviana, is the best server ever, promote her!!!! She is the life of the restaurant!
