Made a last minute 7 top reservation, and front manager was rude and told us we had to wait for the last person to show up even though I told him that my sister was gonna be here in 30 minutes, so I asked you are gonna have us 6 wait 30 minutes outside the restaurant for the last person instead of having us sest down and start ordering some drinks and appetizers, I would understand if the restaurant was bussy but it was a sunday night we where most likely las table and waiting the 30 minutes was gonna make the staff close later and we would have tu rush our whole meal, after 5 minutes of back and forth we got sat and started ordering, besides that service was great, server was very friendly and well pased, I ordered the breakfast burger it was very dry, the patty was very charred and bacon probably old, other than that we had a good time.

I went there with my daughters thinking the Halloween menu was available but unfortunately that wasn't the case and I don't think the reason why was valid. It was a pretty disappointing night because my children were looking forward to it.

I've been to the Miami and Manhattan location and this one did not hit the mark. The decor while beautiful, was a bit rundown. Service was a bit slow but understandably we had a large party so things took a bit of time. While the appetizers were delicious, the ribeye steak was not. My entree specifically came out after most people in my party finished eating, and I think that was due to the kitchen forgetting the order. Lastly, the dancing and fun as depicted on TikTok for birthdays was the exact opposite to what was done for my daughter's birthday, which left her very disappointed. All in all, super over priced and not worth the time. I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone.

We had reservation at 9pm. We got table at 9:55pm. Someone came to take our order at 10:20 pm. Food arrived COLD at 10:50 PM. We asked why food was cold, we ordered their signature burgers.. they said they don't know... awful awful experience, I honestly have no words. I will not be going back ever again. Plus 20% service fee is included. Smart. That's the reason probably they don't care. They will still get tips sooo.... The worst place I have ever been too. Never again.

Very slow service. Server forgot things multiple times and the restaurant was near empty. The restaurant advertises brunch but apparently can't make bloody Mary's (they don't have the mix, not out, don't have it). Then was out of steak and eggs when ordered. I am very hesitant to ever leave a negative review but this was awful. Should've taken the empty restaurant as a hint.

The Service and the ambience was very good but the food could've been way better. The bathrooms didn't have any soap to wash your hands and I feel like the bill was very high, not gonna lie and I feel like we didn't even barely order anything

Food was good. The foot long mozarella stick was actually really good. The service was decent not over the top. My strawberry Leon drop was borderline not a lemon drop. I'll give it a 3/10. It was loud and a find atmosphere. Our food arrived relatively quickly. There was several items on the menu that wasn't available which was annoying but we had other decent items to choose from. Overall my experience ( party of three) was a 5/10.

Overrated! First time visiting for my daughters 12th birthday. Food was cold, sliders were over cooked. I will now revisit! The waitress was very friendly and the manger was accommodating. The bathroom needed attention and chairs were ripped !
