neither authentic nor even as advertised... only giving 2 stars cus it was tasty regardless. in the fish banh mi there was like an inch thin fillet of fish... which seemed microwaved/reheated rather than made on site. felt stale too. not a lot of toppings as advertised, mostly bread. the thai iced tea i swear could have been just grapefruit juice... idk why it was in the milk tea section of the menu cus there was no milk, and even without, i know what thai iced tea tastes like.... this was not it. i wouldve said good value for price but this makes the price make sense. did it still taste good and was yummy? yes. would i come here if im looking for a real banh mi and thai tea... certainly not. :)
ps- thought the cashier was just having a bad day but from other google reviews seems like hes just generally a bit condescending

They gave me only one sauce for my summer rolls. So how am I going to eat the other one? Weirdos.
It’s like a slice shop but Taiwanese. Small quick place to grab food from. I had their malatang and popcorn chicken a few times and they are both great. Nicely priced, and quick service.

The prices match the care that goes into the food. The intimate atmosphere comes at reasonable prices. Restaurant personnel show exceptional friendliness. I'll definitely make a point to eat at Summer again. You'll see what I mean after you try it.

Bhami sandwich mid they stingy on the meat mostly bread not worth the trip.
This is a decent place to get bubble teas and sandwiches, Howver, it takes forever to make a one single tea. I wish they can hire extra help or put someone who moves hand little faster than this.

More than 6 yuan of summer roll, give me rotten leaves!

This is not a Vietnamese restaurant. It is indeed a Chinese fusion foods restaurant. The taste is ok though so it has 4 stars.
I’ve been here a couple times. The food is okay. The service isn’t friendly and the place needs a refresh and deep clean.
I tried the summer roll and a pho dish. Again, they were ok. Another reviewer put it correctly by saying it's like a Chinese spot, but with Vietnamese food. Also, there’s a 12 dollar minimum if you want to use a card. I popped in to get summer rolls ($8.75) to go and that wasn’t enough to use a card.
I’ve really like Vietnamese food, but I wouldn’t order from here again.

Did takeout. Was 6 people inside. Literally waited over 30 mins for my food. Only 2 workers entire place. Food was average.
