The middle-aged lady with the glasses was so rude and howled at us when we came in saying that they were closing, although the doors were still open. She showed us so much attitude and even had the audacity to say “Can’t you see we’re closed?”, which wasn’t obvious since the doors were still unlocked. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone because of how poor the customer service was, especially when she’s the first person you see when you enter. In Hospitality, there’s something called “The Moment of Truth”, which is the first interaction you have with the establishment and in this case, it was the complete opposite of what I expected.

the food isn’t the problem , they are rude and not friendly , i called 6 times and the first time he said hello 10 times then said “what you want” and i put my order down and he hanged up , they proceeded to keep hanging up on us and then sending us to voicemail
