We came around 5 and ordered their chocolate cake and a matcha croissant (that looks square) I was actually amazed by how good the chocolate cake was. The cheese filling on top was so good. And the matcha croissant was buttery and tasty. It wasn't that crowded, great place to enjoy your coffee and study!
Pickup a Sesame Basque Cheesecake this evening. It’s an unusual combo but overall the cake was pretty good along with the sesame frosting. It’s fresh and was made that day (called in and ordered it) I took it to an evening dinner with friends and got good feedback on the taste. The only negative I have is the cost of the cake. It’s price at $60 almost $17-$20 more than the other cakes. It’s not that amazing that I would order it again.
Sweet Cake has the most beautiful cakes, delicate egg tarts, and a dreamy variety of pastries - everything looks almost too good to eat. From the flaky layers to the rich, colorful details, every bite is a little piece of heaven.
