The drinks me and my wife had were really good but our cakes were a bit dry. The place needs a little more cleaning but other than that it was ok

I was so excited to try this place out because I love claw games, and am good at them. But this place is the ultimate scam. The 2 token game, the claw doesn’t even fit over the toys themselves. For the 4 token games, I must have had at least 6 times the claw picked the toy up and the claw moves a cm and the toy drops. The only 2 I won was bc the toy I grabbed was right near the drop bin so it coincidently fell in there. You can spin for tokens, but the caveat is that you need to give the place a 5 star rating on google reviews. So…. Just realize there is not one 5 star review on this page that is authentic.

The ice cream and treats were really cute and good though.

Venturing down to the basement, I discovered a cozy seating area where I could unwind with a delectable dessert and a refreshing drink. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying some quality time with a date, besties, or a group of friends.

The place was super cute and the staff were so helpful and sweet!! They reset the machines without us asking and before we left they even let us pick one more plushy for free!! <3

I can't tell you how disappointed I was by the Flushing sweet cats cafe. I took my son to the one in Union Square and it was great. Clean, fun and the people that worked there were so friendly and helpful! The girl who worked there this Sunday in the Flushing one could not have been less helpful! When asked to rearrange the stuffies, she literally opened the machine, moved one thing around and left. She didn't even try to help. Some machines were broken, floors were dingy and the ball pit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Plus I swear those claw machines were set up for failure. They would grab the stuffies completely and not get anywhere near the exit door. Such a huge disappointment!
