We had a small miscommunication regarding the final design (my mistake for not being clear) and when we realized at pickup that a small (but important to us) detail was missing and the cake had a minor damage, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and kindly asked us to wait a little while, that she will do her best to find solution. They quickly fixed the cake and added the missing detail. The cake turned out super tasty, they created something magical on such short notice! I would highly recommend them not only for the quality of their cakes, but also for their excellent customer service, hospitality, and care for their clients. What a pleasure! We will definitely be returning customers!

Ordered an 8” cake for $85. Cake was done early. The cake itself was beautiful, but had a dent in the back of it, icing had a lot of sugar grains inside & was too sweet to eat. Definitely had a unique taste, so people knew it was handmade

I’ve been ordering cakes here for years! The taste is great when you call ahead and order a freshly made cake for a specific date—those are always delicious. Design-wise, they can be hit or miss, so I wouldn’t recommend them for very intricate or complicated designs. My biggest issue is with the cakes they sell for same-day pick-up. Unfortunately, those are often stale and clearly not fresh, which is disappointing and unfair to customers who expect the same quality. I understand they don’t want to waste cakes, but freshness should never be compromised.

• Texture: The cake was noticeably dry, lacking the moistness you’d expect from a tropical-inspired dessert. • Ingredient Handling: Two of my guests ended up chewing on pieces of plastic wrapping that had been left in the guava filling—an unfortunate oversight that could have been avoided with more careful preparation.
I appreciate the effort and artistry, but I hope future orders can reflect more attention to texture and ingredient safety.

Called in for a quote, went to pay the order. My cake was quoted for $299.41. Verified details with the young lady at the front. My order was for 7/1 @ 4pm. I walked in at 5:30pm tp pick up, Waited over 10 minutes to speak with someone. My order was nowhere to be found. A 2LB cake order with plenty of time could not be found. Register person fails to communicate what is going on. waited 30 minutes to get an explanation for what was going on. The person who took my order put the wrong date, 7/11 pick up. Even after they verified their error they offered me a 1/2 LB cake since they had no replacement for the current situation. Not an apology, not a proper solution. Not the first time this happens. I decided to go back to see if their customer service got better. Will not be coming back. Completely disappointed in their service.
