First timer here! I got their bbq chicken salad to-go. The portion was generous and I loved their bbq dressing! The vegetables were fresh too. I will definitely come back sometime.

It might vary from person to person but more often than not the portions you’ll get for the main protein/veg are offensively small. For example, I got a “Cauliflower bowl” with maybe a tablespoon of cauliflower no exaggeration.

My favorite sweetgreen in NY

The staff are super friendly, portions are large, the place is clean and the atmosphere overall is chill. I always order in person for an early dinner and usually do not have to wait in line. Shout to Elysee and her coworkers for always being cheerful and helpful!

P.S - Even though Naya just opened up across the street I still prefer this place and always choose it over the other healthy spots as it’s more comfortable

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
