Please send sick workers home. Watched the person who made my food dry heave and vomit in the back minutes after I sat down. It’s legitimately a public safety threat and absolutely unacceptable, especially for a corporate chain charging almost $20 for a small bowl of food. Get it together. It’s not fair to the people working and it’s dangerous for the public.

i came here with very high hopes considering the fact that i used to work at sweetgreen (a different location), and i was left with a SOUR taste in my mouth. the woman who made my salad was so unbelievably nasty and disrespectful to me, that even her co worker had to ask her “that’s how you talk to customers?” idk her name but she was an older black woman with an accent. i couldn’t hear her over the music, so she thought to quite literally YELL her question at me. after that, i asked her what button to press on the card machine because it was very old and it was asking for a tip. obviously i didn’t want to leave a tip. she says “u dont see those three buttons there? press F!!!”- that’s when her coworker stepped in…and then she laughed. idk what sort of training she went through at this location, but that’s NOT how sweetgreen employees should behave, i would know!! 0/10 literally don’t come here.

I just worked 11 hours, came home and opened my bowl to find the garlic steak missing. Now- I’m cooking salmon- after my 11 hr shift. Literally do not come here lol.

Went in-person for lunch. Asked for no goat cheese on my salad. They gave me goat cheese. When I reminded them that I said no cheese, they tried to pick the pieces out of the salad. I kindly told them that’s not going to work because I have an allergy. They then proceeded to give me a lecture about how I have to tell them beforehand about my allergy. I would have if I needed the equipment cleaned, but I don’t. I just can’t eat cheese. They re-made it again without cheese. Asked me if I wanted bread. I said no. They then put the bread right on my salad. I have a gluten allergy too. Lady makes a point to yell at the next person ordering “DO YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES” (which is always a good idea anyways, minus the childish yelling :). They re-make the salad again. And they put cheese on it. -_-
They made my order wrong 3 times in a row and tried to blame it on me not telling them I have allergies.
I didn’t need you to change your gloves for me, you just had to make the order right.
And the portion was tiny.
