I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom đŸ€ź unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Quality and portions keep going down! Pay attention on what they add to your bowel cause some of the workers won’t notify you if they ran out of something and they are definitely not generous

If you want a fresh, healthy meal that leaves you satisfied, Sweetgreen is a must-visit. I was in a rush and a bit upset because my favorite salad the Super Green Goddess, usually only available online wasn’t on the in-store menu.

Elisee noticed right away, went above and beyond, and kindly made the salad for me anyway. I added chicken for extra protein, and she even suggested trying the new ripple fries with their special sauce on the side trust me, it took the meal to the next level!

Every bite of the Super Green Goddess shredded kale, baby spinach, roasted sweet potatoes, shredded cabbage, spicy broccoli, roasted almonds, chickpeas, raw carrots, and their signature green goddess ranch was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The fries were crisp, perfectly seasoned, and the sauce was the perfect finishing touch.

The whole team was energetic and welcoming, but Elisee truly made my day with her kindness and attention to detail.

If you’re craving something fresh, flavorful, and made with care, Sweetgreen and especially Elisee should be at the top of your list!

On multiple occasions, this sweetgreen has forgotten bread and dressing for my salad.

Had to listen to employees chat with the customer in front of me for about 5 min (not exaggerating) before I left and decided not to come back to this store.

I want a salad within reasonable time. Cordiality is important, but I don’t wait to hear about the conversation in front of me for so long.

I was shocked by how terrible the attitude of the worker was who first ignored me as I waited in line, and then seemed extremely disturbed to have to take my order. She finally took my order, and then proceeded to make the garlic steak bowl wrong, first adding white rice, then scooping it out and adding the correct wild rice. I specifically asked for no tomato and no pesto vinaigrette. She added the vinaigrette, so I politely reminded her that I had asked for none of that. She then death stared me and said “You said go light with it.” To which I replied “no i didn’t.” Anyways, she then rolled her eyes, groaned and walked back to remake it to which I said “you have an incredibly poor attitude,” and left. She clearly hates her job, and her manager should do the right thing and expedite her process of finding a new one by firing her. I work in retail, and was shocked by her attitude.

Sweetgreen is usually my favorite place to order a salad. The food is consistently good and they have great food options. However, trying the Sweetgreen in LIC for the first time yesterday was not only disappointing but also unpleasant. The staff vibes were off in general (maybe poor management?) and the girl who helped me was giving me attitude when I asked basic questions about ingredients / pricing. It's been a long time since I've faced this level of unprofessionalism. From my perspective, all the employees looked miserable working there, but perhaps I read too much into it. All I know is that despite their tasty food, I will not be returning to this location.

Shoutout to Dennis—Someone mistakenly took my order and he was so kind and friendly to help me and remake my salad quickly so I could get back to work. It was appreciated â˜ș

Horrendous. The salad mixer didnt get any leaves coated. Every ingredient int he lineup looks like day old boiled vegetables w a grey twinge. They didnt offer to chop my salad, and the lettuce leaves are the size of your palm. I had to chop it when i got home! Hated the taste of the ceaser dressing. Hate this salad place. Do yourself a favor and get a burrito from the a foodcart outside. 17dollars for lackluster.

I'm waiting half an hour past my scheduled time every time I order here. I like SG but this is too unorganized.
