They are one of the few Taco bells that has the $5 combo, And they only charged $0.10 to upgrade to a larger drink, whereas almost every other Taco Bell charges $0.20 to upgrade the drink size on the combo. I also for some reason just feel more comfortable sitting in this particular Taco Bell to eat lunch.

Food - You certainly get value for your money, in terms of quantity. We got a lot of food (though the chips seem to be falsely advertised as being a big basket/box when it's just a tiny bag, oh well!) The food itself was.. eh. Depends what you order! Loved the crunchwrap, and the beef soft taco was alright. The bean and cheese burrito was um, questionable. Overall it was fine.
Service - I like that they leave out sauces, napkins and utensils so you can just take it rather than having to ask. The staff are a bit rude honestly. I was ordering and they still refused to let my friend go to the bathroom until I finished ordering. Like going to the bathroom is a normal human thing? I know it's not the staff's policy (like the ones working at the counter) but wouldn't you want the same done for you? Would it kill you to be human? The food arrived very quickly though, at least.
Atmosphere - It's a somewhat small place but they manage to fit a lot of seating it. Not that they needed it, there was maybe one or two people besides me. It was clean and the wall mural was cool. Much cozier than any other fast food chain!

The service is terrible. I went for a pick up and asked if my order was ready. They said it wasnât and I waited. After 15 minutes I waited and waited. I didnât know my order was ready because they didnât say anything and didnât place the items on the pick up table. So I waited. Then finally asked again if itâs ready and it was ready just sitting there. The two kids working there were busy flirting and engaged in conversation. They need to be more attentive.
