Low pay, short staff, and lots of orders coming in. I end up paying for it, literally and figuratively. I learned my lesson. F this

I ordered from here twice in the span of an hour. My first order I did on Uber eats and when it arrived my drink had spilled and ruined all my food. I couldn’t eat anything. I order again but on the Taco Bell app this time because breakfast was over on the Uber eats app. Not only did my drink spill again but my order was wrong. Something needs to be done about lids on the drinks because it is ridiculous that my drink spilled both times! I had gotten home after an overnight shift and all I wanted was some food before I went to sleep and I literally have nothing now because there’s always something wrong with my order.This also isn’t even the first time I’ve gotten an order from here that spilled. This location needs to get it together because it’s absolutely ridiculous that I’ve had to order twice and I still wasn’t able to eat my food. Absolutely ridiculous

Saturday feb 18th.Went in at 2pm made my order and I was surprised of how good everyone was with me,I asked help on the kiosk and the lady that helped me was super nice even though I did take some time deciding what to order.After I got home my food was still warm and everything was full,my chicken power bowl didn't have anything missing and my 3 double beef burritos were really full.I recommend people to give this taco bell a try it totally worth it

Bad customer service from that young lady she’s Dominican so I order my food and I was minding my business waiting on my phone and she came to me with a bad attitude and said in Spanish WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!! And I was like I’m waiting on my food then I asked her why she talk to me like that ?!! Then she just looked at me and walked away HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Taco Bell check your cameras and look how your employees treat the customer!! this happened on 12/4/2023 at 8pm.
Awful mid place? I had to complain to the employees about playing such awful music in their establishment??? I don’t wanna listen to mid swift in this place ever again, play some carti music instead you Mid bell???????

All staff was on the phone i order veggie taco they put meat in it never buy from taco bell again not from this place ever food was smelling like it’s pass over already ????Vegetarian options: Garbage food

I went yesterday to get a $5 Chalupa box it's ok nothing special the sauce it's too thick, and there is a problem with another customer complaining about without Baja Blast also this place needs some kind of security guard because he is yelling and asking refund just for the Baja blast.
