Only Taco Bell I’ve ever gotten sick from. Disgusting establishment. Workers don’t care, shut this place down. How many 1 stars does a place need?

I want to explain the reason that each of these categories got one star food is never correct either portions are incorrect or you can order something and let's say add an option and then you don't get what you originally asked for or the option they constantly make mistakes that they don't care to really fix too much every now and then someone might try to add something onto your meals that you don't make a complaint their Wi-Fi never works and nobody speaks proper English whatsoever to have a conversation or to have an understanding of what it is with your food or a mistake that was made is fairly impossible this is by far the worst Taco Bell in Brooklyn possibly the worst in New York City and the ice machine don't work so you can't even get a cold drink on top of that it seems like they really don't want you to eat in the restaurant cuz if you come during the summer time the AC is not turned on it's like way too hot inside it's almost like they want people to leave the restaurant as quickly as possible today when it's a colder day for the first time ever I walk in and it's freezing I have to put on a jacket so it's obvious that they're adjusting the temperature in the dining room so that people don't stay in to eat the workers seem bothered by the fact that they're here working or that you're asking for food they really just prefer to collect their hourly rate and not be bothered they make it so that you don't want to come in they constantly make mistakes so people don't want to come back and again there's nobody to talk to or complain about an issue because no one speaks English

This taco bell is one of the worst in regards to customer service. Here on google maps it says they open at 9 am yet they are almost never open at 9. And to add more salt to injury on the door it says 8 am so it makes you wonder if the staff in there even know that the time your open means customers can come inside not thats when you start prepping. RIDICULOUS

The food is so good. Fresh and portioned just right!!! Saved as my fave taco bell. 🌮 did not disappoint so happy I stopped here today
I ordered only one item and this girl was continues on call and I have to wait for 20 mins only for single item and there were atleast 3 delivery boy also waiting for there order everyone was waiting for long and she was continuously on call. My last visit on this location

Food was good although I asked for guacamole with my Black Bean Crunchwrap and I didn’t get the guacamole. My wrap also looked flat, but I ate it anyways since I was hungry as hell and didn’t want to waste money on it.

Everytime I order here they always mess up my order! They always make up my drink. They’ll give me the water instead in of a soda! They give me a burrito instead of a taco! I would never recommend this place ever!

When I arrived, I was the only customer and there was 3 workers. I placed my order and all 3 were on their phones. While I waited I noticed a roach crawling into the soap dispenser. After 9 minutes the worker hung up and said “I’m gonna make your food now.” Total wait time was 15 minutes for a Crunchwrap. I get home and the Crunchwrap was floppy and soggy. Mind you I’m 10 minutes away from this place. Didn’t even bother finishing it. I open the hard shell taco and the shell is crushed into pieces. I didn’t even hit anything with my bag. What a joke.
