I wanna start by saying that I love TACOBELL. Nothing beats it, in my opinion. We pull up to this location, starving. We enter to a horrible stench, 3 workers we're there preparing an order. My friend caught a worker dropping pieces of a taco on the floor, picked it up, and then stuffed it back in set taco.
I was wondering why my friend had a face like 😕, she was afraid to tell me because of how hungry I was, till she told me. When I looked, that's when it happened again, and I saw it for myself.
While all this was happening, we were standing at the front waiting for service, we were instructed to use the dirty keos, we didn't want to use it, but was told it's the only way to order. Me and my friend both read each other's minds and walked out.

The men working in there are rude, bad practices, time consuming…one person picked his nose, then when I expressed I wanted a refund, one of them expressed they “don’t give refunds” smh. Horrible service and practices
The food from this place is good but some of the workers don’t know how to speak English and very bad customer service. I went there with a friend to order food on the device and when it was my turn to get the food they didn’t know English and I usually order cantina chicken taco but when I go to pick it up some time they don’t give my food until they finish talking to each other they just tell me to wait.. RUDE

The best shift to get food is the PM. That team seems to work more efficiently to properly serve fast food. I get the same order all the time and I went in the noontime this week and regretted it. My hard shell tacos were completely soggy with excess liquid and no crunch when I bit into it. This was within a 5 minute window of transporting and opening my food. I went back yesterday in the night time and was satisfied with their food and service which is why I began going to Taco Bell in the first place.
