This place takes FOREVER now. I live across the street so I've been coming since they've opened. They prioritize the delivery orders over those who are ordering in ! They need to turn off the delivery service. They don't have the man power to handle in person orders, Uber eats, Door Dash and Grub hub.

I don't have much input on the atmosphere since it's no different from any other fast food joint, and the food was quite good. Then again, I'm expecting the food to be good, so it's not like I have my expectations being too high. The service, however, is a different story. Let me preface this by stating that I have nothing against hiring a diverse group of people. With that being said, this location would benefit from hiring at least a few people who actually speak English or are bilingual. I had an order to be picked up at 5:20 p.m., and because barely anyone there seemed to speak English properly, I couldn't figure out if my order was ready. Again, there is nothing wrong with hiring Latinos, Mexicans, etc, but when I and many others get our orders 15-25 minutes past our designated pickup time due to barely anyone speaking English then there needs to be either more people who speak English (whether it be their 1st or 2nd language) or there needs to be a translator present.

Horrible customer service. Took over 15 minutes just for a drink and no one communicated properly. We asked them how long it would be and they did not respond…they just looked at each other like we were the ones wrong for asking.

Went to taco bell and ordered off the app, when i arrived around the time it said it was going to be ready they had me waiting 30min, while i was waiting my girlfriend and i were scrolling through the menu and one of the employees yelled at us rudely “dont order more food” so i tell him we were not planning on it we just wanted to scroll n see what they have. Very bad customer service when he finally gave us the food he slammed it on the counter like i did something to him, i was super respectful and patient, i dont know why the dude was acting the way he was but it wasn’t welcoming at all. Finally when we went in the car and looked at the food they forgot two burritos. If you’re looking for friendly, fast and welcoming service this isnt the place to go. They also say they close at 1am but thats a lie they close way before that.

It was hard to communicate with the people due to the language barrier. I tried to tell them no sour cream, but my order still had a lot of it. I also put no sour cream on my order. When I got home, my tacod were soggy, and all fell apart. When I go to the other Taco Bell on Flatlands, my order never looks like this.
