Food tasted amazing, but customer service was subpar, lady gave me attitude. I told her my order is to go, and she gave it to me unpackaged, then when I told her it's to go, she scoffed gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. Not one smile anytime during the interaction.

It has always been excellent but lately they put less and charge more. The burritos don't taste as tasty as they used to. Make sure to check the orders because sometimes when we order takeout they make us "tamale goats" if I order meat flautas they give me chicken or vice versa.

Nothing special. We ordered carnitas, steak and chicken tacos and burritos. Everything just tasted sort of the same. The carnitas was sort of fatty and contained weird type of meat. Nice that they provide salsa Verde/Roja and side of garnishes.

Very disappointed in how its changed, idk if their cook has left or management changed. A disgrace cause this was once a hidden gem. My sauce was sour, tacos are so greasy and so much fat inside the taco. Idk how they can serve this and have the audacity to charge so much for such very bad food. Your better off eating cat food

This place has just gotten worse every time we go. Last time the steak tasted horrible and was tough. This time they took my order, and then took the order of the couple behind me. They severed that couple first and had me wait an additional 15 minutes for my tacos. Yes, 8 tacos took them 20 minutes to make. I also purchased 2 canned cokes. Total was $36. I gave her my card and my receipt said $38. I decided to let it go and took my food. I live in NJ and work in queens so I go in my car and started heading back home. My husband was driving so I started eating my tacos first. OF COURSE as soon as I open the bag I instantly tell something was wrong. There were 3 packets of aluminum foil, two tacos in 2 and the last had only 3 tacos. I ordered 8 and was missing one. I went right back to them and told the lady I was missing one taco. She in a snarky attitude told me I ordered 8. And I said yes I know, but you gave me 7. She turned around and asked the cook what she made and I was right. They made the missing taco pretty quick but offered no apology for the mistake or the attitude. I then decided to ask why I was charged an extra $2 and again with an attitude she responded that she charge $2 fee for debit card use. It would have been nice if they explained that when accepting my card but just deciding to charge me more without giving me the option to pay cash. Regardless tacos were decent, lacking flavor and very little meat on them. I won’t be returning after this experience.
